Biography

At Wyoming: Junior- McCallum had a great junior season which was highlighted by earning First Team All-MWC honors in the 100 breaststroke, the first such honor of his career. He received the honor by placing sixth in the event at the 2007 MWC Championships. He also won the consolation 200 breaststroke title and placed ninth in the event. He earned his third Wyoming letter award. Sophomore- McCallum had a solid sophomore season in both breaststroke events. At the 2006 MWC Championships, he won both consolation finals, placing ninth in each breaststroke event. He earned his second letter award. Freshman- McCallum placed 12th in both the 100 and 200 breaststrokes at the 2005 MWC Championships. He also competed in the 500 freestyle at the championships, finishing 15th. He earned his first letter award at Wyoming in 2005.

High School: He was an All-State selection all four years of high school and a team captain his senior year. He was the state champion in the 100 breaststroke and a school record holder in the 200 freestyle. He was a member of an All-America 400 freestyle relay team and was Honorable Mention All-American in the 100 breaststroke. A four-year letterwinner in swimming.

Personal: Born July 12, 1986 in Bozeman, Mont. He is one of four children to Mary Lou and Bruce. He is majoring in history.
