He brought home a victory against Denver in January by winning the 3-meter springboard with a tally of 306.77. In October against Denver, Rettinghouse took second in the 1-meter with a score of 259.63. At the Wyoming Diving Invite, Rettinghouse took third in the 1-meter with a score of 203.40 and third in the 3-meter springboard with a score of 205.60. He finished behind teammates Jacob Rehmeier and Ryan Russi. At the WAC Championships, Rettinghouse finished fifth in the 1-meter diving finals with a score of 293.75 and eighth on the platform with a tally of 252.40. Rettinghouse qualified for his first NCAA Zone Championship and finished 18th in the 23-diver field with a total tally of 499.35. High School: Graduate of Worland High School. Three-time state champion in diving. Four-time All-Absaraka Conference honoree and three-time All-State selection. Helped lead his team to a conference championship his senior season.
