At Wyoming: Junior- Wainwright continued to excel for the Cowgirl diving team as a junior. She earned First Team All-MWC honors in the one-meter and platform events at the 2007 MWC Championships. At that meet she placed fifth in the one-meter, sixth in the platform and ninth in the three-meter. She set another school record, her second career record, in the three-meter event with a score of 311.30. She qualified for the 2007 NCAA Zone "E" Diving Championships for the third consecutive season. There, she placed eighth in the three-meter, 21st in the one-meter and 16th in the platform event. She was named the MWC's Diver of the Week twice. The first time came following the first week of the season when she won the three-meter event at the Colorado State Early Bird Invite. The second time came after she turned in a great performance at the 2006 Texas Invite. She earned her third letter award. Sophomore- Wainwright continued to improve on the diving boards for the Cowgirls as a sophomore and emerged as one of the top divers in the Mountain West Conference. She was named First Team All-MWC after placing third in the one-meter diving event at the 2006 MWC Championships. She also placed 11th in the three-meter event at conference. She qualified for and had a solid showing in the NCAA Zone "E" Diving Championships. She placed 18th in the three-meter event and 33rd in the one-meter. She ranks in the top-five of the all-time UW record books in three events, including the school record in the one-meter event. She earned her second Wyoming letter award. Freshman- Wainwright dove to an eighth place finish in the one-meter diving competition at the 2005 MWC Championships, earning Second Team All-MWC honors. She qualified for the 2005 NCAA Zone "E" Diving Championships where she placed 18th in one and three-meter and 23rd in platform. She was selected as the MWC Diver of the Week on Jan. 13 for her performance in the Cowgirls dual with Arizona State. She earned her first letter award.

High School: She was an All-State and All-Conference performer all four years of high school and a three-time Wyoming State Champion. She earned All-America honors her junior year and was a Wyoming state record holder.

Personal: Born June 30, 1986 in Valdosta, Ga. She is the daughter of Margaret Anderson and Lawerence Wainwright. She is majoring in elementary education.
