Biography

At Wyoming:

Junior - As a junior, Miller had a great season for the Cowboys on the diving boards and in the classroom. At the 2008 MWC Championships, he had two third place finishes in the one meter, and platform, and a fifth place finish in the three meter. His dives on the platform at conference were third all time at UW. He competed in the NCAA Zone "E" Championships and was the top finisher from the MWC in the one meter and three meter. He placed 13th in both. He also finished 15th on platform. Miller was named Academic All-District VII by CoSIDA and ESPN the Magazine. He also MWC All-Conference team, Acamemic All-Conference, and earned the Scholar Athlete Award.

Sophomore - Miller emerged as one of the top divers in the Mountain West Conference as he earned First Team All-MWC honors in the three-meter event with a sixth place finish at the conference championships. He continued to excel in the classroom and was an Academic All-Conference selection and an MWC Scholar Athlete for the second consecutive season. He lettered for the second time.

Freshman - Miller had a great freshman season on the diving boards for the Cowboys. His season was highlighted by an eighth place showing on the three-meter board at the 2006 MWC Championships. He was an MWC Scholar Athlete and was named Academic All-MWC. He earned his first letter award at Wyoming.

High School: Miller was a Colorado state 4A Champion in diving as a junior and placed third at state as a senior. He was a National Honor Society member as well as recipient of the Golden 6 Award, which is given to a senior who held a 4.0 GPA throughout high school.

Personal: Born July 12, 1985 in Greeley, Colo. He is one of two children to Linda and Dave Miller. He is majoring in geology.
