For the second straight year, he recorded four top-10 finishes at the MW Championships. He placed fourth in the 100 back at the conference championships. His fourth-place finish in the 100 back earned him All-MW honors. His other best finish came in the 200 medley relay. He and his teammates placed fourth in the 200 medley relay. In the 200 back, he swam his way into the championship final placing seventh. His other top-10 finish was in the 200 individual medley, where he placed eighth. During the season Dilworth recorded three first-place finishes in the 100 back and two second-place finishes in the 200 back. He also excelled in the classroom, earning Academic All-MW. He earned his third letter award while at UW. Sophomore: (2009-10)- Dilworth continued his impact on the Cowboy swim team placing in the top 10 in six events at the MW Championships. In the 200 and 400 medley relay, Dilworth and his teammates placed third in the 400 and fourth in the 200. Individually, Dilworth placed in the top eight of all the events he competed in at the MW championships. He earned All-MW honors for the second consecutive year. Freshman: (2008-09)- Dilworth made an immediate impact on the Cowboy swimming program as a freshman. Dilworth won the MW Championship in the 100 backstroke with a time of 48.33. That time is the fastest in Wyoming school history and the third fastest in conference history. Dilworth also placed fourth in the 200 IM and eighth in the 200 backstroke. He owns the third-and second-fastest times, respectively, at UW in those events. Dilworth also wrote his name in the relay record books by being a part of the fastest 200 and 400 medley relays in school history. He earned First Team All-MW honors in the 100 backstroke and 200 IM. During the summer, he competed at the U.S. Open Championships in the backstroke events. Dilworth earned his first letter award and was named MW Swimmer of the Week once during the season. In the classroom, Dilworth also earned honors by being named Academic All-Conference. High School: At Sunrise Mountain High School, Dilworth was the four-time swimmer of the year in his region. He also lettered all four years. Personal: He was born on Nov. 30, 1989 in Toledo, Ohio. He is the son of Cris and Jim and has three siblings, Bekah, Weston and Conni.
