Summary

Biography

At Wyoming:
Sophomore- Bach continued her success as a sophomore and earned MWC All Conference and her second letter award. She moved into the UW record books in four events. Bach now holds the third fastest time at Wyoming in the 100 butterfly, and second in the 200 butterfly. She also was a part of the 400 medley relay, and 200 freestyle relay that are now the fastest times in Cowgirl history and fifth in MWC history. At the 2008 MWC Championships Bach took fourth in the two relays, and the 200 freestyle.
Freshman- As a true freshman, Bach played a huge role in the Cowgirl butterfly. At the 2007 MWC Championships, she won the 200 butterfly consolation final and placed 12th in the 100 butterfly. She moved into the top-five of the all-time UW record books, turning in the fifth fastest time in both butterfly events. She earned her first letter award.

High School: Bach was an All-American in the 200 medley relay. She was a team captain her senior year and left Lincoln East as the school record holder in the 100 butterfly. She was a 200 freestyle relay team Nebraska State Champion her senior year as they set a school record in the event. She was the Heartland Athletic Conference record holder in the 100 butterfly and 200 IM. She was the runner up in the 100 fly her senior year. She was a four-year letterwinner in swimming. She made the LEHS Honor Roll seven times and received academic letter awards.

Personal: She was born on September 6, 1988 in Lincoln, Neb. She is the daughter of Mark and Chris and has a younger brother, Marcus. She is undecided on a college major.
