Biography

2009-10... Travis focused on the long jump in his junior year in both indoor and outdoor track. He hit a mark of 21 feet, 8 ¼ inches during the outdoor season. His long in the indoor season was 22-1 ½ , and he finished 11th at the Mountain West Conference Indoor Championships with a leap of 21-10 ¼.

2008-09... While competing in the long jump, Travis placed in the top five in eight of the 12 meets in which he competed. He was crowned the champion at the Front Range Classic in Laramie during the outdoor season.

2007-08... A letterwinner in both indoor and outdoor track, Travis was one of just three freshmen to earn that distinction. During the indoor season, he had the 10th-best long jump in the conference and finished the 2007 Indoor MWC Championships in seventh. While competing in the outdoor season, Travis had the sixth-best long jump in the conference. He set a personal-best mark of 22 feet, 8 inches with a leap at the Cougar Invitational.

High School... Travis competed in golf, basketball and track. He was All-Area in golf and basketball and All-State in track.

Personal... Travis was born May 28 in Colorado Springs, Colo. He is the son of Mary and David Corrow. Travis also was recruited by Virginia, Marquette and Stanford.
