Summary

Biography

2007-08... Mark finished the 2007 Cross Country season at the NCAA Championship for the second straight year. He placed 19th and earned All-America honors once again. With his second honor in cross country he became the third runner in Wyoming history to win All-America honors twice. During the Indoor season, Mark again finished the season at the NCAA Championships with his fourth place finish in the 5,000-meter race and another All-American award for Mark. While at the MWC Championships he was the 5,000-meter Champion and the 3,000-meter runner-up, earning him All-MWC honors. Mark redshirted during the Outdoor season.

2006-07... Mark returns after a very successful cross country and track season. He placed 22nd at the NCAA National Cross Country meet and was the first All-American for UW in 11 years. Mark was named All-Conference for his 3,000m win.

2005-06... Again, Mark was a Conference Champion in the 5,000m run and a national qualifier. In the 10,000m he ran a 29:09.25, a time that ranks fourth all-time for the Cowboys.

2004-05... Mark transferred from Moi University in Eldoret, Kenya.

Personal... Mark was born Jan. 10th, 1985 in Eldoret, Kenya.
