Biography

2014-15: Indoors tossed the weight throw in seven meets...placed seventh in the event at the MW Championships...posted a personal-best 58-10 1/4 in the weight throw at the Don Kirby Invite on Feb. 14...outdoors competed in seven meets in the hammer throw...placed seventh in the event at the conference meet..threw a personal-best 180-8 in the hammer at the Tom Benich Invite on April 4...named MW Academic All-Conference in the classroom.

2013-14: Indoors competed in the weight throw...top performance was 55-3 1/2 for fifth at the Rocky Mountain Classic on Feb. 21...finished 12th in the event at the MW Championships...outdoors threw the hammer...top performance was 180-5 for eighth at the MW Championships.

Before Wyoming: A transfer from Coffeyville Community College, where he was a two-time Juco All-American in the hammer and weight throw....placed eighth at the 2013 NJCAA National Championships in both events...owned personal bests of 168-3 in the hammer and 52-10 in the weight throw...completed his prep career at Laramie High School under coach Gil Bradfield.

Personal: Majoring in accounting at UW.
