2009-10... As one of the captains, Alysha should be one of the top returners for the Cowgirls this season. Now a three-time letterwinner, she had a solid season, finishing 10th at the Wyoming Invitational and 24th at the Rocky Mountain Shootout. She also led the way for Wyoming at the Chile Pepper Invite in October in Fayetteville, Ark., finishing 51st with a time of 22:25.

2008-09... Alysha earned her second letter during the cross country season as she participated in six of seven races for the Cowgirls. She earned All-Mountain Region honors for her 23rd-place finish in the 6k race with her personal best time of 21:17. Alysha had a very successful indoor and outdoor track and field season as she wrote her name in the record books three times, she had the eighth-best time in the 5,000-meter run indoors and the eighth-best time in the 1,500-meter run outdoors as well as the fifth-best time in the 5,000-meter run. Academically, Alysha was honored with All-MWC and the Scholar Athlete award for the second straight year.

2007-08... She was a letterwinner during the cross country season as she competed in every meet throughout the year. During the indoor season, she ran very well at the Adidas Classic in Lincoln, Neb. In the 3,000-meter run, she had her season-best time of 10:15.91, good for 10th place at the meet. The outdoor season was another very successful season for Alysha as she ran season bests in the 1,500-, 5,000- and the 10,000-meter races. For her accomplishments in the classroom, Alysha was rewarded with the MWC Scholar Athlete award, as well as being named to the All-Academic team during the fall and spring semesters.

High School... Davis was a four-year letterman in both track and cross country. In cross country, Alysha was All-Conference and All-State for three years. In track, Alysha was All-Conference for two years. In the classroom, Alysha was on the honor roll for all four years of High School.

Personal... Davis was born March 31, in Richmond, Ind. She is the daughter of Amy and Bruce Davis.
