Biography

2008-09... For Keith, the 2008-09 season was a record setting one for him as he entered his name in the UW top-ten with the ninth-fastest time in the 60-meter dash (7.05), the seventh-fastest time in the 100-meter dash (10.78) and the sixth-fastest time in the 200-meter dash (21.97). Academically, Keith earned his third straight Academic All-Conference honor.

2007-08... While at the indoor Mountain West Conference Championships, Keith placed 13th in the 60-meter dash. During the outdoor season he ran a season best in the 200-meter dash with his seventh place finish at the Cougar Invitational in Provo, Utah. In the classroom, Keith was named to the Academic All-Conference team for the second time.

2006-07... Keith was a member of the distance medley relay team that placed third at the Indoor MWC Championships with a time of 10:05.33, where he earned All-Conference honors. He was also an Academic All-Conference member.

High School... Keith was a four-year letterman in track and a three-time letterman in football. He was a State Champion in four events his senior year along with earning All-State honors in football.

Personal... Keith was born May 6, in Bonners Fairy, Idaho. He is the son of Marilyn and Karl; he has one younger brother, Mitchell, currently on the track team and one older sister, Kristin who ran track for UW.
