TRACK AND FIELD
2015-16: Posted three UW all-time top 10 marks during the season…indoors recorded the No. 6 mark in UW history for the 3,000 meters, finishing in 9:50.33 for 15th place at the MW indoor championships…recorded the No. 8 mark in the UW all-time top 10 for the indoor 5,000 meters with a time of 17:19.98 at the prestigious Husky Classic in February…took 11th in the same event at the MW indoor championships at 17:24.09…outdoors had a strong showing at the San Francisco Distance Carnival, posting the No. 3 UW all-time mark for the 10,000 meters at 35:21.58…subsequently finished fifth in the same event at the MW outdoor championships to score for the Cowgirls, finishing in 36:43.45…also placed 16th in the 5,000 meters at the outdoor conference meet.
2014-15: Notched three performances in Wyoming's all-time top 10 during the season...indoors ran the 10th-fastest 3,000 meters in 9:58.74 at the MW Championships for 13th in the race...also ran the 10th-fastest 5,000 meters at the conference meet in 17:34.81 for 11th in the event...won the 3,000 meters at the Air Force Team Challenge on Feb. 6...outdoors posted the third-fastest 10,000 meters in Cowgirl history in 35:25.17 at the conference meet for seventh in the race...also placed 16th in the 5,000 meters at the meet...named MW Academic All-Conference in the classroom.
2013-14: Indoors ran the 3,000 meters at the MW Championships and was a member of the distance medley relay...top 3,000 meters time was 10:14.33 at the Powder River Dual on Jan. 31...outdoors ran the 10,000 meters at the MW Championships...best 5,000 meters performance was 17:51.02 at the Utah Classic on April 11.

2015-16: Placed in Wyoming's top four in all four meets during the season, including three meets as the second Cowgirl across the finish line...top showing was 19th overall at the Mountain West Championships in 23:59...also placed 12th overall at the Colorado State Invite in 18:04...ran 21:08 at the Louisville Pre-Nationals for the 11th-fastest six kilometers in program history...named MW Academic All-Conference in the classroom.
2014-15: Finished as Wyoming's fourth or fifth runner in all six meets during the season...top showing was 47th at the NCAA Mountain Region in 22:25...also placed sixth at the Aggie Invite in 19:35...ran to 13th at the Montana State Invite in 17:40...named MW Academic All-Conference in the classroom.
2013-14: Competed in all six meets for Wyoming during the season and placed second on the squad at four meets...top performance was fifth in 17:34 at the Highlander Invite...also placed 16th in 18:52 at the CSU Invite...placed third on the team and fifth overall in 18:39 at the Utah Valley Invite...was UW's top freshman finisher in all six meets...named MW Academic All-Conference in the classroom.
Before Wyoming: Ran her prep career for coach Alan Versaw at The Classical Academy...as a senior paced her cross country team to its 10th-consecutive Colorado state title by finishing sixth to earn first team all-state honors...also finished 17th at the Southwest Nike Cross Country Regionals in 17:55 to become the second girl in school history to break 18 minutes in cross country...in track she finished second in the state in the 3,200 meters to earn first team all-state accolades...helped her team win its 8th state team title out of the previous nine years...ran personal bests of 11:17 in the 3,200 and 5:17 in the 1,600 meters during the season...as a junior earned first team all-state honors in cross country and track, as her team won both state titles...as a sophomore earned second team all-state honors in both sports.
Personal: The daughter of Gary and Alice Brunette...born on Jan. 5, 1995, in Bellevue, Neb...has one sister, Abby, and one brother, Matthew...also recruited by Kansas State and Western State...majoring in criminal justice at UW.
