Career Stats Career Statistics Biography Summary Biography UW This Season: Tutein moved from safety to linebacker in spring drills and is listed as the number two at Will linebacker after spring ball. 2014: Tutein appeared in all 12 games making four starts. He finished the season with 35 total tackles with 24 solo stops and 11 assisted tackles. He also added two tackles for loss for five yards and forced one fumble. He had a career-high nine tackles against Boise State. He had a career-high seven solo stops and two tackles for loss against Utah State. At New Mexico, he recorded five tackles, forced a fumble and blocked a field goal. Prior to UW: Tutein attended Chadron State College in Chadron, Neb., for one season and redshirted. He was a member of the dean's list. High School: Tutein played three seasons of football at St. Croix Educational Complex, assuming quarterback duties for the team. He moved to Cheyenne, Wyo., as a senior and attended Central High School, participating in track and field. He placed fourth in the triple jump at the Wyoming state indoor championships and eighth in the long jump as a senior in 2012. Personal: Born Feb. 12, 1993, he is the son of John and Kendall Tutein.
