UW This Season: List is one of the two returning fullbacks for the Cowboys. He will add depth and toughness to the fullback position. 

2016: List added depth to the fullback position, but did not record any statistics on the season.

2015: Appeared in three contests for the Pokes during his redshirt freshman season playing mostly special teams. Played against Colorado State, San Diego State and UNLV. 

2014: Redshirted. 

High School: List was part of a great three-year run in which his Pine Creek team finished in the title game twice, winning the Colorado state crown as a senior. He was an All-Colorado selection, First Team All-State, First Team All-City and team MVP as a senior. Pine Creek went 13-1 en route to the state title in 2013. He posted 112 tackles, 3.5 sacks, two interceptions and had 316 yards and four scores on offense as a senior. He totaled 280 tackles in three seasons of action. 

Personal: Born Jan. 6, 1995, he is the son of Jeff and Karen List. He has three siblings: Dan, Emma and Joe. His father Jeff played soccer at Gordon College, while his mother Karen played basketball at Gordon. He received recruiting interest from Northern Colorado, Colorado and Colorado State. He majoring in communication at UW.
