Career Stats Career Statistics Biography Summary Biography High School: Anaya helped lead his Natrona County High School team to a perfect 12-0 record and the Wyoming 4A state championship in 2012. Class 4A is the largest classification in Wyoming. Anaya was named to the Casper Star-Tribune Super 25 Second Team as a senior linebacker, despite missing time at the end of the season due to injury. He also was selected to the 4A West All-Conference First Team at linebacker as a senior. He helped lead a Natrona defense that ranked No. 1 in the state of Wyoming in rushing defense (46.4 yards allowed per game) and total defense (140 yards allowed per game) and ranked No. 2 in the state in pass defense (93.6 yards allowed per game). Anaya had 7.5 sacks and intercepted two passes in his injury-shortened senior season. As a junior, he played tight end and linebacker and was named First Team All-State Class 4A by the Wyoming Coaches Association. He was credited with 44 total tackles, six tackles for loss, one interception, one fumble recovery and one pass breakup as a junior. He also had 11 receptions for 172 yards as a junior. Over the past three seasons, his Natrona football team posted a combined 33-2 record and won state championships his senior and sophomore seasons. Anaya was also an outstanding track and field athlete. He won the state championship in the long jump as a junior, and earned All-State honors. Academically, Anaya achieved Honor Roll status as both a junior and senior at Natrona County High. He played for head football coach Steve Harshman. Personal: Born Nov. 25, 1994, he is one of four children of Misty and Ralph Anaya. He is pursuing a degree in the health sciences program.
