Career Stats Career Statistics Biography Summary Biography High School: Tim Gleeson comes to Wyoming after training at Prokick Australia. He was trained by Nathan Chapman, a former Australian Football League player who also punted briefly for the Green Bay Packers. Gleeson originally had dreams of playing Australian rules football professionally, before deciding to pursue American football and an education in the United States. He played for the Northern Knights, which is an Under 18 Australian rules football team that competes in the TAC Cup series in the Australian state of Victoria. The TAC Cup series is a youth program that is a predecessor to the professional leagues in Australia. Gleeson was named MVP for his performance in the Under 18 State Championship. He was also an outstanding track and field athlete, representing his high school, Viewbank College Prep, in the Victorian State Championships in the long jump, triple jump, high jump and 4-by-100-meter relay. Gleeson attended Viewbank College Prep, which is a secondary school in the northeastern Melbourne suburb of Viewbank. A former teammate of Gleeson's, Alex Dunnachie, earned a football scholarship as a punter at the University of Hawai'i after working with Nathan Chapman at Prokick Australia. Dunnachie completed his third season as the starting punter for Hawai'i in 2011. Among other U.S. colleges that had Australian punters on their rosters this past season were: LSU, East Carolina, Eastern Kentucky, Eastern Michigan, Memphis, Portland State and Wake Forest.
