2020-21
Indoor Track & Field: Competed in the shot put at every meet… Recorded a career best throw of 55-8.25 at the Championships at the Peak where he finished fifth… Had his highest finish of the season at the Power Meet finishing in fourth… Placed eighth at the Air Force Invitational. 

Outdoor Track and Field: Became the first Cowboy since 2014 to qualify for the NCAA Championships in the Discus… Earned first-team all-American honors after taking seventh at the NCAA Championships with a best toss of 186-6… Won the discus event at four meets during the season including a first-place finish at the MW Championships… Moved up to sixth all time in the UW Record books with a throw of 189. 

2019-20
Indoor Track & Field: Was Wyoming’s best shot put thrower during the season with a personal-best throw of 52-5.25 at the CSM Alumni Meet… Placed seventh in the shot put at the Mountain West Championships with a mark of 52-0.5… Had two top-five finishes during the season.
Outdoor Track & Field: Cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
 
2018-19
Indoor Track & Field: Was Wyoming’s top shot put thrower with a career-best throw of 50-11 at the Power Meet (12/7), where he placed first overall… At the Mountain West Championships, placed seventh in the shot put with a throw of 50-1.25.
Outdoor Track & Field: Again was Wyoming’s best shot put thrower, with a career-best toss of 49-4.25 at the Fum McGraw Invite (3/23), where he placed second… Also competed in the discus, with a career-best throw of 173-6 coming at the Mountain West Championships, where he placed fourth… Also finished eighth in the shot put at the MW Championships with a mark of 49-2.5.

Before Wyoming: A two year competitor for Olympic College in Bremerton, Wash., Paller was the 2017 Northwest Athletic Conference discus champion… Was the 2018 NWAC champion in the discus, hammer throw and shot put... Also competed in the 60m (7.16) and the 100m (11.55) at Olympic... Was a two-time NWAC Athlete of the Week winner, and earned a pair of 2018 Athlete of the Year honors from Baden Sports (Co-Athlete of the Year) and Olympic College (Athlete of the Year)... Was a 2018 team captain, and graduated from Olympic in 2018 with academic honors.

High SchoolWas a three-sport athlete at Shelton High School... In track & field, was named the 2015 Shelton HS MVP and was named Most Inspirational... Placed fourth in 2015 at the 3A state discus championships... Placed eighth in the 2016 3A state discus championships, and fourth in the shot put at the same event... In football, holds school records for longest kickoff return (99 yards) and longest run from scrimmage (92) yards... Was a 2016 Team Captain after being named the Varsity Offensive Player of the Year in 2015... earned the 2016 Dare to Soar Award... In Wrestling, was a 2016 team captain and finished fourth in the state in 195 pounds... IN 2015, finished 8th in the state at 182 pounds.

Personal: Son of Mark and Kim Paller... Has one sibling, Kaitlyn, who is a thrower at Eastern Washington... Majoring in statistics.
