Honors: Indoor All-Mountain West – Triple Jump (2018); Outdoor All-Mountain West – Triple Jump (2018, 2019); Outdoor All-Mountain West – Long Jump (2018)
 
2020-21
Indoor Track & Field: Had a solid indoor season winning multiple events… Finished fifth in the long jump at the Air Force Invitational with a season best leap of 23-8.5…Also ran in the 60M at the AF Invitational recording a season best time of 7.23… Won the Long Jump and finished second in the Triple Jump at the Power Meet… Capped off the season with a first-place finish in the Long Jump at the Championships at the Peak winning the event with a jump of 24-3.5. 

Outdoor Track and Field: Opened the season with a career best performance in the long jump recording a mark of 24-7 which is ninth all time in the UW record books… Moved to eighth all time at UW in the triple jump with a leap of 50-4.75 at the West Coast Relays… Once again competed in both the long jump and triple jump at the NCAA West Preliminaries, finishing 36t in the long jump with a leap of 23-7.5 and finished 46th in the triple jump with a mark of 47-5. 

2019-20
Indoor Track & Field: Had Wyoming’s best long jump during the season at 23-7.5 at the CSM Alumni Meet… Also recorded the team’s longest triple jump mark of 48-4.5 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships, where he placed seventh… Finished fifth at the MW Championships in the long jump with a leap of 23-4.75… Had five total top-five finishes during the year, the best of which was a runner-up at the Colorado Invite with a long jump of 23-0.75.
Outdoor Track & Field: Cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic
 
2018-19
Indoor Track & Field: Recorded the 10th-best long jump in school history of 24-3.75 at the Power Meet (12/7) where he placed first… Had a career-best triple jump at the same meet of 49-8.5 to finish first… Also ran the 60m at the same season-opening meet, finishing in a career-best time of 7.09 to place sixth… At the Mountain West Championships, finished fourth in both the long jump and the triple jump with marks of 23-5.25 and 48-3.25, respectively… Had a total of six event wins during the season
Outdoor Track & Field: Had the 10th-best long jump in school history of 24-4.25 at the Jack Christiansen Invite (4/27) to win the event… It was one of five event wins during the outdoor season… Had his career-best triple jump at the MW Championships, where he finished second with a mark of 49-10.5, which is ninth all-time at Wyoming… Placed sixth in the long jump at the MW Championships with a mark of 22-9.75… Competed in the NCAA West Preliminaries in the long and triple jumps, finishing 42nd in the long jump with a leap of 22-4.5 and 39th in the triple jump with a mark of 47-5.75.

2017-18
Indoor Track & Field: Collected three event wins… Posted a career-best long jump mark with a leap of 23 feet, 7.5 inches to place fourth, narrowly missing another all-MW honor, at the MW Indoor Championships… Set a career-best in the triple jump with a second-place finish at the MW Indoor Championships with a mark of 49-6.5
Outdoor Track & Field: Earned three event wins… Had a career-best long jump of 23-10.75 at the MW Outdoor Championships to place second… Set a career-best triple jump at the MW Outdoor Championships with a mark of 48-9.5 to place second… Ran on the 4x400m relay team at the MW Outdoor Championships that placed fourth with a time of 3:15.16.

Before WyomingA multiple-time state champion in the long jump and triple jump and all-conference athlete all four years at Cheyenne South High School under coach Tim Woodard…owned high school personal bests of 48-5.75 in the triple jump, 22-8 in the long jump and 22.00 in the 200 meters...named to the honor roll for his efforts in the classroom.

Personal: Son of Elizabeth Nolan…his brother, Nicholas, competed in collegiate track & field…intends to major in computer engineering at UW.
