2021-22
Cross Country: Put together another strong season in the Brown and Gold competing in every race and finishing as the top Cowgirl runner in three of them… Led the Cowgirls at the Roy Griak Invitational finishing 26^th with a 6k time of 21:51.7 pacing Wyoming to a ninth place finish as a team… Was the top Cowgirl finisher at the FSU Invite/Pre-Nationals taking 100^th with a 6k time of 21:10.08… Led the Cowgirls at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships finishing 49^thand pacing Wyoming to a 12^th place finish in the region… Earned a top 25 finish at the Wyoming invitational taking 24^thwith a 5k time of 18:20.2… Excelled in the classroom as well earning Academic All-Mountain West Honors.

Indoor Track & Field: Had an outstanding season highlighted by setting a new school record in the mile with a time of 4:39.46 breaking the previous record by more than five seconds… Moved into fourth all-time in program history in the 3000M with a time of 9:43.72… Finished eighth in the mile at the Mountain West Championships with a time of 4:58.44… Also ran the 3000M at the Mountain West Championships finishing in 21^st… Won the 3000M at the Prairie Wolf Invite with a time of 9:45.01… Had success in the 800M as well finishing third at the Mark Colligan memorial with a time of 2:14.34.


2020-21
Cross Country: Competed in all the races during the season finishing first for Wyoming in every race… Was the lone Cowgirl to finish in the top five at the CSU Dual Meet finishing in fourth… Had her best finish of the season at the Battle Born Collegiate Cross-Country Challenge finishing in third and helping the Cowgirls to a second place finish as a team… Finished first for UW and 25^th overall at the MW Championships.
 Indoor Track & Field: Did not compete during the season 
Outdoor Track and Field: Was one of the Cowgirls best distance athletes during the season… Finished eighth in the 3000M Steeplechase at the MW Championships with a season best time of  10:45.95… Her best finish of the season in the 3000M Steeple chase came at the Jack Christiansen Invite where she took second place with a time of 10:52.69… Placed 19^th in the 3000M Steeplechase at the West Coast Relays.   



2019-20
Cross Country: Competed in all five races for the Cowgirls during the season, finishing first for Wyoming three times and second twice… Placed 35^th overall and first for the Cowgirls at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships… Finished first for UW and 23^rd overall at the Mountain West Championships… Placed first among Cowgirls and sixth overall at the Bronco Invite… Was second for the Cowgirls at both the Joe Piane Invite and the Wyoming Invite… Earned academic all-MW honors.
Indoor Track & Field: Part of the distance medley relay team that placed eighth at the MW Championships with a time of 11:52.84, which is No. 5 on the all-time list at Wyoming… Ran a season-best mile time of 5:06.61 at the Air Force Invite… Posted a season-best 3,000m time of 10:00.47 at the Colorado Invite… Posted a career-best 5,000m time of 17:44.35 at the Husky Classic… Ran on a mile relay team and finished in 4:27.09... Was a Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.
Outdoor Track & Field: Cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
 
2018-19
Cross Country: Competed in and earned team points in all six meets during the season… Finished either first or second for the Cowgirls in all six meets… Finished 45th overall and second for Wyoming at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships… Finished 30th overall and first for UW at the Mountain West Championships… Finished first for Wyoming at the Wyoming Invite and the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational, where she was sixth and 19th overall, respectively… Earned MW Athlete of the Week honors after her Greeno/Dirksen Invitational performance… Finished fifth overall and second for Wyoming at the Roadrunners Invitational, helping the Cowgirls to the team title… Earned Academic All-MW honors.
Indoor Track & Field: Posted a personal best 1,500m time of 5:04.80 at the UCCS Open… Ran a personal best 3,000m time of 9:59.60 at the Powder River Dual.
Outdoor Track & Field: Recorded the third best steeplechase in Cowgirl history, finishing in 10:30.18 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships, where she placed 10th… Ran a personal best 1,500m time of 4:37.99 at the Beach Invitational.
 
Before Wyoming: Was the 2017 Colorado 5A Region 4 individual champion in cross country as a senior, part of finishing in the top-10 of that race all four years in high school… Finished in the top-20 of the Colorado 5A State Cross Country Championships three times… Competed at the 2016 Nike Cross Country Nationals after taking 32nd at the 2016 Nike Cross Country Southwest Regional… Placed 10th in the 3,200 meters and 11th in the 1,600 meters at the 2016 Colorado 5A State Championships… Part of the 2017 runner-up 4x800-meter relay team at the 2017 Colorado 5A State Championships.
