Indoor Track & Field: Competed in the shot put twice during the indoor season… Had a season best mark of 41-1.75 at the Invite at the Peak where she finished fifth.

2019-20
Indoor Track & Field: Redshirted during the indoor season.
Outdoor Track & Field: Cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
High School: A four year varsity letterwinner in both track & field and volleyball at Roosevelt HS... As a senior, earned All-State Honorable Mention in volleyball, played in the All-State volleyball games and played in the Colorado Coaches of Girls Sports all-state volleyball games… During track season, earned all-conference in both shot put and discus, as well as being the Tri-Valley Conference Champion in both the shot put and discus… Was conference champions in the 4x100 meter relay… All four years of her track carrier the girls track team at Roosevelt High School were team conference champions… Named the Greeley Tribune Best Preps Track and Field Athlete of the Year… Was the Colorado 4A state champion in both the shot put and the discus and placed 10th at state in the 4x100 meter relay… As a junior, earned all-conference in volleyball and her team qualified for the state tournament… During track season, was conference champion and all-conference in both discus and shot put, all-conference honorable mention in the 4x100 meter relay, and was the Colorado 4A State Champion in both shot put and discus, earning All-State honors for her efforts… Named Roosevelt’s Girl’s Athlete of the Year… As a sophomore, was a state placer in shot put, discus, and the 4x100 meter relay… As a freshman, earned all-conference honorable mention in the shot put... As a sophomore, earned all-conference honorable mention in the 800-meter medley relay, all-conference in the shot put and discus, all-conference honorable mention volleyball and all-conference in lacrosse, while her 4x100 team earned all-conference honorable mention... Was on the Academic Honor Roll at Roosevelt High School all four years… Earned Academic All-State in Lacrosse, Academic All-State in volleyball both her junior and senior year, as well as Academic All-State in track and field her junior and senior year.
Personal: Daughter of Christine DeRock… Has one brother, Mikey DeRock, who is also a thrower at the University of Wyoming... Mother, Christine, played volleyball at Hawai’i... Majoring in business at Wyoming.
