2021-22
Indoor Track & Field: Competed in the high jump at six meets during the season… Put together a great performance at the Mountain West Championships finishing sixth with a season best mark of 6-8.75… Picked up a win in the high jump at the Prairie Wolf Invite after clearing 6-6 to seal the victory… Tied for third at the Potts Invitational and finished sixth at the Mark Colligan Memorial in the high jump. 

Outdoor Track & Field: Had a standout season competing in the high jump capped off by winning his first career Mountain West title… Cleared a season and career best 6-9 at the Mountain West Championships to clinch the title… Went 6-5 at the CU invitational earning a fifth-place finish… Picked up another top six finish at the Spank Blasing Invite finishing in sixth. 

2020-21
Indoor Track & Field: Competed in the High Jump at every meet during the season… Had a season best finish of sixth at the Championships at the Peak with a season high mark of 6-4.75… Finished seventh at the Power Meet clearing a height of 6-2.75… Finished 14^th at the Air Force Invitational. 

Outdoor Track and Field: Earned a fifth place finish in the high jump at the MW Championships clearing a height of 6-7… Finished second in the high jump at the Jack Christiansen Invite with a career best clearance of 6-8. 


2019-20
Indoor Track & Field: Cleared a season high bar of 6-4.75 in the high jump at the Mountain West Indoor Championships, where he placed 13^th… Had a career-best long jump of 22-5.25 at the CSM Alumni Meet… Had a second-place finish in the high jump at the Colorado Invite by clearing 6-4.25... Earned academic all-Mountain West and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
Outdoor Track & Field: Cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
 
2018-19
Indoor Track & Field: Competed in the long jump twice, with his career-best mark of 22-3 coming at the Power Meet (12/7) where he placed second… Cleared a career-best height of 6-5 in the high jump at the Powder River Dual (1/26) to place second… At the Mountain West Championships, finished ninth in the high jump by clearing 6-3.25.
Outdoor Track & Field: Cleared a career-best height of 6-6 at the Doug Max Invite (4/14) to place first… Had a career-best long jump of 20-10 at the Tom Benich Invite to finish ninth… At the MW Championships, finished eighth in the high jump by clearing 6-5… Earned academic all-MW honors and was a MW scholar-athlete.

High School: Competed at Cheyenne East HS and was the 2018 Wyoming indoor state champion and record holder in the high jump and was a part of the state champion 4x200m relay team… During the outdoor season of his senior year, was a part of the school record sprint medley relay team and was all-state in the high jump and 4x100m relay... Was also the region champion in the high jump and 4x100m relay... Finished fourth in the long jump at the 2017 Wyoming 4A outdoor state championships… Had a personal best in the long jump of 2` feet, 2 inches and high jump of six feet, six inches... Also ran cross country during his senior year.

Personal: Son of Matt, former Wyoming governor, and Carol Mead... His father, Matt, played football at Trinity University, and his aunt, Kate, was an alpine skier at Wyoming... Undecided on a college major.
