2020-21
Indoor Track & Field: Competed in two events at the Championships at the Peak… Clocked a time of 15:15.98 in the 5000M to finish second… Finished sixth in the 3000M with a time of 8:54.61. 

Outdoor Track and Field: Was one of Wyoming best distance runners during the season earning two top ten finishes at the Mountain West Championships… Finished ninth in the 5000M at the MW Championships with a time of 14:20.93… Also took ninth in the 10000M at the MW Championship’s with a season best time of 30:15.89… His best finish of the season in the 5000M came at the Spank Blading Invite where he took fifth. 

2019-20
Cross Country: Earned the NCAA Elite 90 Award at the NCAA Cross Country National Championships for the second-consecutive season… Competed in all five races for the Cowboys, finishing first among UW runners once, second three times and third once… Placed 136^th at the NCAA National Championships as UW’s lone representative… Finished first among Cowboys and 17^th overall at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships to earn all-region honors… Finished second for UW and ninth overall at the Mountain West Championships to earn second-team all-conference honors… Was Wyoming’s second-place finisher at the Nuttycombe Invite, where he was 107^th overall, and the Wyoming invite, where he was fourth overall… Earned academic all-MW honors… Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.
Indoor Track & Field: Ran his season-best 3,000m time at the Mountain West Championships, finishing third in 8:10.49 to earn all-conference honors… Ran his season-best 5,000m time at the MW Championships, finishing fifth in 14:15.75, which is a personal best and the No. 4 time all-time at Wyoming… Ran the mile at the Air Force Invite, finishing in 4:11.95.... Earned CoSIDA First-Team Academic All-America honors... Was CoSIDA Academic All-District... Earned academic all-Mountain West and Mountain West Scholar-Athlete honors.
Outdoor Track & Field: Cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

2018-19
Cross Country: Earned the NCAA Elite 90 Award at the NCAA Cross Country National Championships as the top academic competitor at a championship-level meet… Was Wyoming’s second finisher in all six races during the season… Placed 63rd at the NCAA National Championships… Finished 17th at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships to earn All-Region honors… Placed ninth at the Mountain West Championships to earn second-team all-Mountain West honors… Had two other top-five finishes at the Joe Piane Invitational where he finished eighth and the Wyoming Invite where he finished fifth… Earned Google Cloud academic All-District and first-team Academic All-America honors… Earned Academic All-MW honors and was a MW scholar-athlete… Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.
Indoor Track & Field: Had an impressive track & field season that included a school record in the indoor 3,000m with a time of 8:05.88 at the Colorado Invite… Ran the fourth-fastest 5,000m time in Cowboy history with a 14:17.99 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships, where he placed third to earn all-MW honors… Finished third in the 3,000m at the MW Indoor Championships with a time of 8:09.71.
Outdoor Track & Field: Ran the eighth-fastest 10,000m in school history with a time of 29:24.74 at the Stanford Invite… Ran the No. 9 all-time 5,000m race with a time of 14:09.10 at the Mt. SAC Relays… Had a personal-best 1,500m time of 3:51.70 at the Doug Max Invitational… Finished second at the MW Outdoor Championships in the 10,000m with a time of 30:44.60 to earn all-MW honors… Placed 39th at the NCAA West Preliminary in the 10,000m with a time of 30:08.59… Earned Google Cloud academic All-District and first-team Academic All-America honors... Earned academic all-MW honors and was a MW scholar-athlete.

2017-18
Cross Country: Emerged as a leader on the team, as he was the Cowboys’ top finisher in four meets… Placed 23rd overall at the prestigious Roy Griak Invitational, 26th overall at the CSU Duals, 38th overall at the NCAA Mountain Regional and 84th overall at the Pre-Nationals meet… Finished third among the Cowboys at the MW Championships, good for 41st overall… Competed in all five meets during the season… Scored points in all five meets during the season… Was named first team academic all-district by CoSIDA… Earned academic all-MW honors and was a MW Scholar-Athlete.
Indoor Track & Field: Ran the ninth-fastest 5,000-meter race in UW history (14:34.71) at the Husky Classic… Ran on the 4x800-meter relay team that placed first at the Power Meet (8:02.79)… Recorded his season-best 3,000-meter time at the Mountain West Championships, finishing 21st (8:27.04)… Placed 19th at the MW Championships in the 5,000 meters (15:18.16).
Outdoor Track & Field: Recorded UW’s fastest 3,000-meter (8:15.14) and 10,000-meter (29:31.24) times during the season at the CU Invitational and prestigious Mt. SAC Relays, respectively, with his 10,000-meter time clocking in as the ninth-fastest in school history… Recorded his season-best in the 5,000 meters (14:41.89) at the Tom Benich Invite… Placed eighth at the MW Championships in the 10,000 meters (30:24.52)… Finished 38th at the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 10,000 meters (30:23.54)… Was named to the Google Cloud Academic All-America Men’s Track & Field/Cross Country team… Was named first team academic all-district by CoSIDA… Earned academic all-MW honors and was a MW Scholar-Athlete.

2016-17
Cross Country: Steadily improved throughout his freshman campaign, ending the season with a bang by finishing in the Cowboys’ top five in the last three meets… Placed 41st at the MW Championship meet with a time of 25:22 for the 8K race… Finished second on the squad behind only his older brother, Jonah, at the NCAA Mountain Regional, taking 65th overall with a time of 32:39.90… Posted a perfect 4.0 GPA, earning Academic All-MW and MW Scholar Athlete honors.

High School: A two-time Wyoming state champion in cross country at Laramie High School… was the state champion in the 3,200 meters and the state runner-up in the mile… his best time in the 3,200 meters is 9:11.15.

Personal: A Laramie native, Christopher is the son of Kent and Patricia Henry and the brother of current UW track & field and cross country athlete Philip and former UW track & field and cross country athlete Jonah Henry.
