2017-18: Earned two All-America honors during the outdoor season, as she placed 15^th in the triple jump at the NCAA National Championships with a mark of 42-8.25 for second-team honors, and finished 17^th in the long jump at the same meet with a mark of 20-1 for honorable mention accolades… Throughout the season, set five all-time UW top-10 marks, including two school records… Earned four all-Mountain West honors in the indoor and outdoor long jump and triple jump, including being the MW champion in both the indoor and outdoor triple jump… During the indoor season, had a season-best long jump of 19-10.75 at the Don Kirby Invite to place third… Set the school record in the triple jump at the MW Indoor Championships with a leap of 42-11 to place first… Finished third in the long jump at the MW Indoor Championships with a jump of 19-8.75… During the outdoor season, ran on two 4x100m relay teams, both of which ended up being among the top-10 times in school history, as the 45.70 at the MW Outdoor Championships to place fourth is the sixth-fastest time, and the 45.73 to place first at the 7220 Invite is the seventh-fastest time in program history… Posted the second-best long jump in Cowgirl history by leaping 20-2.5 feet at the Jerry Quiller Classic to place first… At the MW Outdoor Championships, won the triple jump with a mark of 43-10.5, which was a school record at the time, after finishing third in the long jump with a leap of 20-1.5… At the NCAA West Preliminary, broke her own school record in the triple jump by leaping 44-3.5 to win the event, and finished eighth in the long jump with a mark of 20-0.5… Finished her season with the All-American honors at the NCAA Outdoor National Championships.

2016-17: Recorded four UW all-time top 10 marks throughout the season while receiving one All-Mountain West selection…won the long jump at four indoor meets, crossing the 20-foot barrier with the No. 2 mark on the UW all-time list, 20-0.5, to win the event at the Colorado Open…moved up to No. 2 on the UW all-time list for the 60 meters with a converted time of 7.58 seconds…placed third in the long jump at the MW indoor championships with a mark of 19-10.25 to earn an All-MW distinction…finished first or second in the long jump at five outdoor meets…posted the No. 9 mark on the UW all-time list for the outdoor long jump, 19-5.5, to win the event at the Fum McGraw Open…helped the Cowgirls to three wins in the 4x100-meter relay during the outdoor season, including the No. 3 time on the UW all-time list, 45.39, at the Fum McGraw Open…also ran on the Cowgirls’ 4x100-meter relay team that took fourth at the MW outdoor championships with a time of 45.69.
 
2015-16: Posted four UW All-Time Top 10 marks and was crowned the MW indoor champion in the long jump…won the long jump at five meets during the indoor season…posted an indoor PR of 19-9.5 in the long jump to win the Powder River Dual and climb to second on the UW All-Time list for the event…collected three top-three finishes in the 60 meters, including a PR of 7.63 at the Air Force Invite that is the UW No. 9 All-Time mark…won the conference title in the long jump, leaping 19-4.75…finished 15th in the 60 meters at the MW indoor championships, posting a time of 7.67…won the long jump at four meets during the outdoor season…collected two wins and two third-place finishes in the 100 meters during the season…won the 100 meters at the Weber State Open with a time of 11.89, the No. 10 UW All-Time mark…leaped 19-5.25 in the long jump for a season-best and the No. 9 UW All-Time mark at the Tom Benich Classic…helped Wyoming to a fourth-place finish in the 4x100-meter relay at the MW outdoor championships.
 
Before Wyoming: As a senior was Ohio state champion in the long jump...took third in the event as a junior...as a sophomore was state champion in the long jump...was a three-time regional champion in the event...also helped win three state titles in relays...owned personal bests of 19-5 1/4 in the long jump, 11.94 in the 100 meters and 25.18 in the 200 meters...coached by Chad Miller.
 
Personal: Daughter of Roger and Renita Henderson...born March 13, 1997...majoring in psychology at UW...also recruited by Toledo, Kentucky, Ohio State and Indiana.
