2021-22 (Redshirt): Had a very busy redshirt campaign competing in open tournaments… Won the UNK Open Defeating Air Force’s Josh Miller in the finals… Competed at the Reno Tournament of Champions going 2-2 with a tech fall win over Austin Almguer… Also earned top six finishes at the Mines Rookie Open and the CMU Open

High School: Benabise had an impressive high school career, winning the Wyoming state title four times while also earning All-American honors… Benabise already has some experience wrestling in Laramie as he competed in the 2019 Cowboy Open and finished third in the 149-pound amateur division bracket.
