2017-18: Earned a pair of all-Mountain West honors in the indoor and outdoor 400m… Set three all-time Wyoming top-10 times during the season… During the indoor campaign, Ran a career-best 60m time of 7.16 at the Power Meet to place fourth… Ran the 10th-best 200m time in school history at the Potts Invitational, 21.95, to place fourth… Ran the fourth-fastest 400m time in UW history, 48.10, at the Mountain West Indoor Championships to place third… Set a career-best time of 1:27.17 in the 600m at the Power Meet to place fourth… Ran on the 4x400m relay team that placed first with a time of 3:19.91 at the Powder River Dual… During the outdoor season, ran the fourth-fastest 400m time in Cowboy history at the 7220 Invite, 47.14, to place first… Ran on three 4x100m relay teams, the fastest of which was a 41.32 at the Tom Benich Invite to place second… Was a part of the 4x400m relay team that ran a 3:16.42 at the Jerry Quiller Classic to place first… Placed third in the 400m at the MW Outdoor Championships with a time of 47.49, before placing fourth in the 4x100m relay with a time of 41.45… In the classroom, earned academic all-MW honors.
2016-17: Had a breakout season and developed into one of UW’s most consistent sprinters, posting three UW all-time top 10 marks and earning one all-conference selection…indoors, specialized in the 400 meters and earned three top-three finishes…took eighth in the 400 meters at the MW indoor championships with the No. 5 time on the UW all-time list, 48.38…earned an All-MW award as he competed on UW’s school record-breaking 4x400-meter relay squad that took third at the indoor conference meet with a time of 3:13.46…outdoors, took second in the 400 meters at the Jerry Quiller Classic with the No. 9 time on the UW all-time list, 47.89…followed that performance with a third-place finish in the 200 meters at the Fum McGraw Open, clocking a time of 21.49 to tie for seventh on the UW all-time list…was named to the Academic All-Mountain West team for his efforts in the classroom.
2015-16: Redshirted the indoor season…competed at five outdoor meets, posting a season-high fifth-place finish in the 400 meters at the CSU Dual meet with a season-best time of 49.30…placed 13th in the 400 meters at the MW outdoor championships, clocking a time of 50.36…also helped UW to a sixth-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay at the MW outdoor championships.
Before Wyoming: Ran one season of track and field at Cheyenne Central High School under Bruce Mowry...placed runner-up in the 400 meters at the Class 4A state meet and fourth in the 800 meters...also helped his team win the 4x400-meter relay and the 4x800-meter relay...won the conference meet in the 400 meters...owned personal bests of 48.4 in the 400 meters and 1:56 in the 800 meters...played soccer his first three years of high school.
