2014-15: Posted one performance in Wyoming's all-time top 10 during the season...indoors ran the mile and 3,000 meters twice each...top mile was 5:11.96 at the Rocky Mountain Classic on Feb. 20...best 3,000 meters was 10:16.95 at the MW Championships...outdoors ran the sixth-fastest steeplechase in Cowgirl history in 11:21.77 to win the Tom Benich Invite on April 4...named a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.
2013-14: Ran one time in Wyoming's all-time top 10 list during the season...indoors top mile performance was 5:15.58 at the Rocky Mountain Classic on Feb. 21...best 3,000 meters showing was 10:34.63 at the Air Force Invite on Jan. 24...also ran the event at the MW Championships...outdoors ran the No. 9 mark in UW history in the steeplechase at 11:51.96 at the Jack Christiansen Invite on April 26...placed 12th in the event at the MW Championships.
2012-13: Indoors, ran a personal-best 5:27.02 mile run at the Air Force Team Challenge for fifth place...competed in the mile run at the Air Force Invite, placing 15th in 5:27...outdoors, competed in the 800 meters at the Cowpoke Open, finishing fourth in 2:24...ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase for seventh place in 12:49 at the Jack Christiansen Invite...finished the 1,500 meters in 11th place at the Fum McGraw Quad in 5:12...named a 2012-13 MW Scholar Athlete.

2015-16: Finished in Wyoming's top seven in all five meets during the season...top showing was as the fifth Cowgirl at the Roy Griak Invite in 115th overall with a time of 23:53...also finished sixth for Wyoming at the Rocky Mountain Shootout, Mountain West Championships and NCAA Mountain Regional...highest finished was 29th overall at the Rocky Mountain Shootout...named MW Academic All-Conference in the classroom...also earned CoSIDA Academic All-District 7 honors.
2014-15: Ran in Wyoming's season-opening meet at the Aggie Invite...placed 34th in 21:31...named a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.
2013-14: Redshirted...did not compete during the cross country season.
2012-13: Competed in two meets for Wyoming during the season...achieved 29th place at the Rust Buster in 16:13 ... finished in 60th place at the Montana St. Invitational in 19:29 ... named a MW Scholar-Athlete.
Before Wyoming: Coached by Jeff Brazil at Jackson Hole High School ... lettered four years in cross country and track & field ... 2011 team captain ... named team MVP from 2009 to 2011 ... earned all-state honors in 2009 and 2011 ... named all-conference for three years ... team Rookie of the Year in 2008 ... achieved team's Barb Lindquist Award in 2011 ... 2012 track team captain ... two-time Spirit of the Bronc award winner ... state champ in the 1,600 meters in 2010 and the 3,200 meters in 2012 ... team MVP in 2010 and 2012 ... named all-conference and all-state from 2009 to 2012 ... also competed on the Nordic skiing team four years and one year on the dance team ... class valedictorian ... member of student council all four years ...
