TRACK AND FIELD:
2016-17: Indoors, competed in four meets…won the 3,000 meters at the Powder River Dual meet with a time of 9:58.60…placed 21st in the 5,000 meters and 31st in the 3,000 meters at the MW indoor championships…outdoors, competed in two meets…took fifth in the 5,000 meters at the Jack Christiansen Invite…in the classroom, garnered Academic All-MW and MW Scholar Athlete honors.
2015-16: Ran at four outdoor meets…won the 1,500 meters at the Tom Benich Classic, posting a time of 4:39.46…placed second in the 5,000 meters at the Fum McGraw Invitational with a time of 17:55.39…named a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.
2014-15: Indoors competed in five meets, running the mile twice and 3,000 meters three times...best mile was 5:08.55 at the Powder River Dual on Jan. 31...top 3,000 meters was 10:17.91 at the Air Force Invite on Jan. 24...placed 26th in the 3,000 meters at the MW Championships...did not compete outdoors...named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.

2016-17: Competed in all six of the Cowgirls’ meets, finishing in the squad’s top five once…started the season as the Cowgirls’ No. 2 finisher at the Colorado State Invite with a 23rd-place overall finish…placed 29th at the MSU-Bozeman Invite…took 40th in the 6K race at the MW Championship meet…in the classroom, earned MW Academic All-Conference and MW Scholar Athlete honors.
2015-16: Competed in Wyoming's first three meets of the season, before missing the rest of the season with an illness...finished as UW's fourth runner and 36th overall at the season-opening Colorado State Invite in 18:45...placed 166th overall at the Roy Griak Invite in 24:23...was UW's fourth runner and 22nd overall at the Rocky Mountain Shootout in 22:29...named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.
2014-15: Ran in four of Wyoming's six meets during the season...top showing was 24th at the Aggie Invite in 20:44...also placed 28th at the Montana State Invite in 18:12...placed 62nd at the Mountain West Championships in 22:37...named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.
Before Wyoming: Ran her prep career under coach Ron Kline at Campbell County High School...as a senior earned all-conference and all-state honors in cross country...on the track was all-conference and all-state in the 1,600 meters, 3,200 meters and 4x800-meter relay...as a junior earned all-conference in cross country...was all-conference and all-state in track her junior and sophomore years as well...top times were 5:14 in the 1,600 meters, 11:19 in the 3,200 meters and 18:53 in the 5,000 meters...in the classroom was a member of the honor roll...also claimed all-state honors in orchestra three years.
Personal: The daughter of Raymond and Heidi DeStefano...has two sisters, Audra and Josie...Audra also runs cross country and track for Wyoming...was born March 10, 1996, in Valdez, Alaska...majoring in kinesiology at Wyoming.
