2018-19: During the indoor season, had a personal best mile time of 5:00.56 at the UCCS Open… Had a season best 800m time of 2:19.55 at the Colorado Open… Also had a personal best 3,000m time of 9:49.33 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships, where she placed 27th… Ran on the distance medley relay team that finished sixth at the league championships with a time of 11:43.99, which is No. 4 on the all-time Cowgirl list… Ran on the 4x400m relay team that placed second at the Powder River Dual in 4:03.53… During the outdoor season, had a personal best 800m time of 2:14.06 at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate… Ran a personal best 1,500m time of 4:35.15 at the Beach Invitational… Ran on the 4x400m team that placed seventh at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:47.30… Placed eighth in the 1,500m at the league championships with a time of 4:35.32.
2017-18: Indoors, recorded career-best times in the 800 meters (2:15.30) with a12th-place finish at the Mountain West Championships, the mile (5:02.76) at the Don Kirby Invite and the 3,000 meters (10:06.24) with a 29th-place finish at the MW Championships… Ran in a pair of relay teams, recording season bests in the 4x400-meter relay (4:07.35) at the Powder River Dual and the 4x800-meter relay (9:38.53) at the Power Meet… Outdoors, recorded personal-best times in the 800 meters (2:15.18) at the Bryan Clay Invite, 1,500 meters (4:36.98) at the 7220 Invite and 5,000 meters (17:20.20) with a 27th-place finish at the MW Championships… Ran in one relay race, finishing fifth at the Tom Benich Invite in the 4x400-meter relay (4:10.76)… Finished 12th in the 800 meters at the MW Championships (2:15.92)… Earned academic all-MW honors and was a MW Scholar-Athlete.
2016-17: Indoors, competed in five meets…placed second in the 800 meters at the Rocky Mountain Classic…posted a personal-best 2:18.07 in the 800 meters at the Potts Invitational…took 13th in the mile at the MW indoor championships with a personal-best 5:04.75…outdoors, competed in four meets…posted two top-three finishes in the 1,500 meters including a personal-best 4:40.81 at the Mark Faldmo Invite for third place…took second in the 1,500 meters at the Jack Christiansen Invite…earned Academic All-MW and MW Scholar Athlete honors in the classroom.
2015-16: Placed third in the 800 meters at the Rocky Mountain Classic indoors, posting a time of 2:20.52…outdoors, posted a personal best of 2:15.82 in the 800 meters at the Utah Spring Classic, finishing 12th…finished third in the 800 meters at the CSU Dual…placed 11th in the 800 meters at the MW outdoor championships, recording a time of 2:16.24.

2018-19: Competed in five races during the season, earning team points in three of them… Finished 65th overall and third for the Cowgirls at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships… Placed 52nd overall and fifth for UW at the Mountain West Championships… Finished fifth for Wyoming and 63rd overall at the Bronco Invitational… Earned Academic All-MW honors.
2017-18: Competed in one race during the season and finished 152nd overall at the prestigious Roy Griak Invitational… Was a Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.
2016-17: Competed in three meets during the season…took 37th at the Colorado State Invite to open the season…followed with a 46th-place effort at the MSU-Bozeman Invite…in the classroom, named Academic All-MW and a MW Scholar Athlete.
2015-16: Competed in two meets during the season...placed 53rd at the Colorado State Invite in 19:11...also finished 47th at the Rocky Mountain Shootout in 23:29...named MW Academic All-Conference in the classroom.
Before Wyoming: Coached by Michael Nekuda at Douglas County High School...as a senior led her cross country team to a berth in the Colorado State 5A Championships, the first in school history...was a three-time individual state qualifier in cross country...set five school records during her prep career...owned personal bests of 2:20 in the 800 meters, 5:18 in the 1,600 meters, 11:39 in the 3,200 meters and 18:49 in cross country (5,000 meters).
Personal: Daughter of Jim and Audrey Quistorff...Audrey was a collegiate swimmer at UC San Diego...born on March 13, 1997...has one sister, Payton, and one brother, Jesse...also recruited by Utah Valley, Northern Colorado and Western State...majoring in biology at UW.
