TRACK AND FIELD

2014-15: Ran the mile in two meets during the indoor season...best performance was 5:11.66 at the Powder River Dual on Jan. 31...did not compete outdoors...named a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.

2013-14: Redshirted and did not compete during the indoor or outdoor seasons.

2015-16: Slowed by an injury during the season, but placed in Wyoming's top three in three of the four meets she competed in...top showing was as UW's third runner and 44th overall at the Roy Griak Invite in 22:40...also placed third on the team and 18th overall at the Colorado State Invite in 18:16...returned to form to finish third on the team and 70th overall at the NCAA Mountain Regional in 22:44...named MW Academic All-Conference in the classroom.

2014-15: Finished in Wyoming's top five in all six meets during the season...top showing was second overall and second on the team at the Aggie Invite in 19:29...also placed 10th at the Montana State Invite in 17:36...finished as the third Cowgirl and 38th overall at the Washington Invite in 21:14...her time was the 12th-fastest 6 kilometers by a Cowgirl since 1990...placed 25th overall at the Mountain West Championships in 21:27...named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom

2013-14: Placed in Wyoming's top five in the first four meets of the season...slowed by an illness in UW's five race and missed the last race due to the illness...top performance was third on the team and 20th overall in 18:58 at the CSU Invite...also placed fourth on the team and 18th overall in 18:15 at the Highlander Invite...was UW's fifth runner at the Roy Griak in 23:11 and Utah Valley Invite in 19:16...named a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom. 

Before Wyoming: Ran her prep career for coach Jeff Wyant at Park City High School...as a senior she placed fourth at the state cross country meet to lead her team to the state title and earn first team all-state honors...she also won her region meet...on the track she placed second in the 3,200 meters in 10:58 and third in the 1,600 meters in 5:02 at the state meet...owns school records in the 1,600 meters (4:59), 3,200 meters (10:41) and 4x800-meter relay (9:30)...as a junior placed ninth at the state cross country meet to earn second team all-state honors as her team won the title...on the track competed in the 800, 1,600 and 3,200 meters at the state meet...as a sophomore placed second at the state cross country meet on the winning team to earn first team all-state accolades...missed most of the track season with a sprained ankle, but compete in three events at the state meet...as a freshman her team won the state cross country title and she finished ninth individually...in the classroom was on the Honor Roll all four years...also named to the region all-academic team as a senior.

Personal: The daughter of James and Karen Walker...born on Nov. 16, 1994, in Salt Lake City, Utah...also recruited by Utah, Utah State, Iowa State, Montana and Northern Arizona...majoring in kinesiology at UW.
