TRACK AND FIELD
2014-15: Indoors ran in one meet...helped Wyoming's distance medley relay place sixth at the MW Championships in 10:22.52...also placed 26th in the 3,000 meters at the event...outdoors ran the steeplechase at five meets...placed 11th in the event at the conference meet...ran a personal-best time of 9:31.63 at the Tom Benich Invite on April 4.
2013-14: Did not compete during the season...spent the year training as a member of the Army Reserves in Florida...currently a member of the ROTC at UW.
2012-13: Redshirted and did not compete during the indoor or outdoor seasons.

2015-16: Finished in Wyoming's top six all all five meets during the season, including four as the sixth Cowboy....top showing was 63rd overall and UW's third runner at the Roy Griak Invite in 26:17...also finished 42nd in 28:29 at the MW Championships...named MW Academic All-Conference in the classroom.
2014-15: Finished as Wyoming's seventh runner in five of six meets during the season...top showing was 20th at the season-opening Aggie Invite in 22:22...also placed 30th at the Montana State Invite in 26:56...ran 25:44 for 59th at the MW Championships.
2013-14: Did not compete during the season...spent the year training as a member of the Army Reserves in Florida...currently a member of the ROTC at UW.
2012-13: Achieved 15th at the Rust Buster in 19:38.70 ... placed 16th at the Montana St. Invitational in 26:07.00 ... finished in 34th place at the Rocky Mountain Shootout in 27:08.00 ... earned 19th place at the Highlander Invitational in 18:44.30 ... achieved 38th place at the Mountain West Championship in 26:29.32 ... competed at the NCAA Mountain Regional in 32:46.40 for 83rd place.
High School: Coached by Nathan Shaver ... lettered four years in cross country, three years in swimming and one year of track ... a league champion and two-time state qualifier in cross country ... all-conference team captain of swim team ... student body vice president as a sophomore and member of student council junior and senior years.
Personal: Parents are Matthew and Nathalie Pawlak ... has three siblings ... cousin, Conner Pawlak, played football at CSU while uncle, Tom Pawlak, swam at CSU ... majoring in finance at Wyoming.
