TRACK AND FIELD:
2014-15: Ran two all-time top 10 marks in Wyoming history during the season...indoors posted the seventh-fastest 3,000 meters in Cowboy history in 8:17.64 at the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 14...also won the mile in a personal-best 4:10.62 at the Air Force Team Challenge on Feb. 6...outdoors ran the eighth-fastest steeplechase in 8:56.57 at the Cowpoke Open on May 1...won the steeplechase at four meets during the outdoor season, before placing fourth in the event at the conference meet...qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary in the steeplechase and placed 37th.
2013-14: Ran three all-time top 10 marks in Wyoming history during the season...indoors ran the eighth-fastest 5,000 meters in Wyoming history in 14:36.95 at the Husky Classic on Feb. 15...also posted the No. 10 time in the 3,000 meters in 8:18.51 to place fourth in the event at the MW Championships...also helped the distance medley relay place fourth at the conference meet...ran a personal-best 4:11.44 in the mile to place second at the Powder River Dual on Jan. 31...Outdoors ran 14:07.20 for fifth in the 5,000 meters at the MW Championships and the No. 8 all-time mark at UW...also placed eighth in the steeplechase at the conference meet...top steeplechase performance was 9:08.12 at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 17...qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary in the 5,000 meters.
2012-13: Season was highlighted by a 14:42.4 in the 5,000 meters at the Husky Classic...time ranked No. 8 all-time in UW's indoor records...competed at the MW indoor and outdoor championships for the Cowboys...ran the 3,000 and 5,000 meters indoors...ran the 5,000 and 10,000 meters outdoors...placed second in the 3,000 meters in 8:34 at the Husker Invite indoors...won the 800 meters in 1:56 at the Cowpoke Open outdoors...took third in the 5,000 meters in 15:23 at the Jack Christiansen Invite.

CROSS COUNTRY:
2015-16: Finished in Wyoming's top three in all five meets during the season, including two meets as the top Cowboy...top showing was the 10th-fastest 10 kilometers in program history with a time of 30:19 at the NCAA Mountain Regional for 12th overall and All-Region honors...also finished as UW's first runner at the Colorado State Invite with a time of 15:00 and was fourth overall...was the second Cowboy across the line at the Roy Griak Invite and Mountain West Championships.
2014-15: Was Wyoming's top Cowboy in five of six meets during the season and qualified as an individual for the NCAA Championships...earned All-MW Second Team and All-Mountain Region honors...was named MW Athlete of the Week on Sept. 23 after winning the Montana State Invite in 25:01...also placed fourth at the Aggie Invite in 21:09...ran the second-fastest 8k by a Cowboy since 1990 with a 23:43 at the Washington Invite to place 13th...ran the fourth-fastest time at the MW Championships with a 23:51 to place ninth...also notched the fourth-fastest 10k with a 29:56 at the NCAA Mountain Region to finish sixth overall...placed 217th at the NCAA meet in 32:53.
2013-14: Placed in Wyoming's top four runners in all six meets during the season...was in UW's top two runners in three meets....top performance was fourth at the CSU Invite in 15:01 to finish as UW's top runner...was the second Cowboy to cross the line at the Roy Griak in 25:13 for 46th and was also second at the Highlander Invite in 17:50 for fourth...his performance at the Highlander was the second-fastest 6 kilometer by a Cowboy since 1990.
Before Wyoming: Competed one season for Garden City Community College, before transferring to Wyoming in the spring of 2013...ran the 2012-13 track season for Wyoming...posted UW's eight-best all-time mark in the indoor 5,000 meters with a 14:42.4 at the Husky Classic on Feb. 8...coached by Jeff Marcus at Brush HS where he was a state champion in the 3,200 meters on the track and runner-up at the state cross country meet as senior.
