2013-14: Redshirted...did not compete during the cross country season. 

Before Wyoming: Ran her prep career at Buffalo High School for Sandy Moen...as a senior earned all-state honors in the 100-meter hurdles with a sixth-place finish in a personal-best 17:09...also lettered in cross country...as a junior placed fourth in the 100-meter hurdles at the state track meet in 17:16...also lettered in cross country...in the classroom was named to the honor roll all four years.
Personal: The daughter of Howdy Nimick and Kris Seals...born on Nov. 19, 1992, in Buffalo, Wyo...majoring in anthropology at UW.
