TRACK AND FIELD:

2016-17: Posted three UW all-time top 10 marks throughout the season (two individual  and one relay)…indoors, took eighth in the mile at the Colorado Open with the No. 2 time on the UW all-time list, 4:46.85…placed third in the mile at the Don Kirby Invite…competed on the Cowgirls’ Distance Medley Relay team that posted the No. 2 time on the UW all-time list, 11:33.30, at the MW indoor championships…outdoors, placed ninth in the 1,500 meters at the conference championship meet with the No. 6 time on the UW all-time list, 4:29.17…received Academic All-MW and MW Scholar Athlete honors in the classroom.

2015-16: Won one All-MW award and recorded three UW all-time top 10 marks during the season…indoors, clocked a 4:47.24 mile, the No. 2 UW all-time mark, to score for the Cowgirls with a sixth-place finish at the MW indoor championships…contributed to the Cowgirls’ Distance Medley Relay that earned all-conference honors with a third-place finish and set the UW record with a time of 11:21.19…had two additional top-four mile finishes indoors…outdoors, placed second in the 1,500 meters at the Fum McGraw Invitational…placed ninth in the 1,500 meters at the MW outdoor championships with a time of 4:32.28, the No. 7 UW all-time mark…named a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.

2014-15: Competed in three indoor meets before suffering a season-ending injury...ran a personal-best 5:09.90 in the mile at the Air Force Team Challenge on Feb. 6...did not compete outdoors...named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.

CROSS COUNTRY:

2016-17: Named Second Team All-Mountain West with a 13^th-place finish at the conference championship meet…served as the Cowgirls’ team leader all season, finishing as the team’s top runner in all five meets she competed in…posted three top-20 finishes, including a season-opening fourth-place effort at the MSU-Bozeman Invite…placed 63^rd at the Roy Griak Invitational…turned in a 19^th-place effort in a talented field at the Penn State Open while clocking the third-best 6K time in Cowgirl history, 20:49…ended the season with a 33^rd-place finish at the NCAA Mountain Regional…earned MW Academic All-Conference and MW Scholar Athlete honors for the third consecutive cross country season with a 3.72 GPA.

2015-16: Placed in Wyoming's top six in all five meets she competed in, including in the top three in the last four...top showing was as UW's second runner and 42nd overall at the NCAA Mountain Regional in 22:12...also was the third Cowgirl at the Louisville Pre-Nationals and Mountain West Championships...was UW's first runner and 12th overall at the Rocky Mountain Shootout in 22:07...named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.

2014-15: Finished in Wyoming's top seven in all six meets during the season...was UW's sixth runner in five meets and seventh in the other...top showing was 13th at the Aggie Invite in 20:09...also placed 18th at the Montana State Invite in 17:49...was 56th at the Mountain West Championships in 22:23...named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.

Before Wyoming: Ran her prep career for coach Alan Versaw at class 4A Classical Academy...as a senior she earned all-state honors in cross country with a 10th-place finish...she also won the open division at the Nike Regional Meet...at the U.S. Cross Country Junior Championships she placed eighth and her team got second...on the track she placed runnerup in the 800 meters at the state meet and fourth in the 1,600 meters to earn all-state honors....as a junior she earned all-state honors in cross country while helping lead her team to the regional and state titles...on the track she won the 800 and 1,600 meters at the state meet and was also a member of the winning 4x800-meter relay...her team won the state and regional meets...as a sophomore she earned all-state in cross country...on the track she place fourth in the 800 meters and helped win the 4x800-meter relay...also earned all-state in cross country as a freshman.

Personal: The daughter of DeForest and Ellen Hamilton...born on Jan. 12, 1996, in Baltimore, Maryland...has one little brother, Spencer...also recruited by Tulsa, Air Force, Nebraska and Pepperdine...majoring in nursing at Wyoming.
