2021-22
Indoor Track & Field: Had an outstanding indoor season in the long jump capping it off by earning Second Team All-American Honors… Finished 14th in the long jump at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a leap of 20-5… Won the Mountain West title in the long jump securing the top spot with a leap of 21-4.75… Notched a total of five wins in the long jump during the indoor campaign… Also competed in the 60M throughout the season clocking a career best time of 7.50 moving into seventh all-time in program history in the event…  Earned a sixth-place finish at the Mountain Wets Championships with a time of 7.57. 

2020-21
Indoor Track & Field: Started her season with a win in the long jump at the Power Meet recording a winning leap of 18-08.5… Took sixth at the Championships at the Peak with a season best mark of 18-10. 
Outdoor Track and Field: Was one of the Cowgirls best long jumpers on the season moving up to fifth all-time at UW with a leap of 19-11.75 at the Doug Max Invitational… Started off the season by taking second in the long jump at the UNLV Spring Invitational… Placed third in the long jump at the West Coast Relays with a mark of 19-10.75… Also competed in the 100M at the West Coast Relays finishing 11th with a time of 12.16. 

2019-20
Indoor Track & Field: Started the season by jumping a career-best 20-4.5 to win the long jump at the CSM Alumni Meet, a mark that is No. 3 all-time at UW… One of just three Cowgirls to clear 20 feet in the indoor long jump in program history… Had a season-best triple jump of 38-6 at the same meet to win the event… Earned Mountain West Athlete of the Week honors following that performance… Also won the long jump at the Air Force Invite with a leap of 19-11… Placed third at the Mountain West Championships in the long jump with a jump of 19-4.75 to earn all-Mountain West honors… Placed 13th in the triple jump with a mark of 37-10... Earned academic all-Mountain West honors.
Outdoor Track & Field: Cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
 
2018-19
Indoor Track & Field: Posted a career-best long jump of 19-3.5 at the Power Meet (12/7) that is No. 5 all-time in Cowgirl history… Had a career-best triple jump mark of 39-1.25, which is No. 7 on the Cowgirl all-time list, at the Mountain West Championships to take seventh… At the same meet, finished 11th in the long jump with a distance of 18-0.5 and seventh in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:52.04… Also had a career-best 60m dash time of 7.78 at the Power Meet
Outdoor Track & Field: Earned All-America honors by running the third leg of the 4x100m relay team at the NCAA National Championships, finishing 23rd in 44.77… During the season, was part of the No. 2 all-time 4x100m relay team, posting a time of 44.66 at the Jack Christiansen Invite (4/27) to take first place… Had a career-best long jump of 19-3.5 at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate (4/18) to take fifth… Had a career-best triple jump of 37-3 at the Tom Benich Invite (3/31)… At the MW Championships, took second in the 4x100m relay in 44.86, was 15th in the triple jump with a mark of 36-9.5 and was 18th in the long jump with a mark of 17-9.5… At the NCAA West Preliminaries, took 12th in the 4x100m relay in 44.69 to advance to the NCAA National Championships… Earned academic all-MW honors.

High School: Competed for Belle Fourche High School, where she was named the 2018 Gatorade South Dakota Track & Field Athlete of the Year after she won the 2018 South Dakota Class A 100m, 200m, long jump and triple jump, defending her 2017 South Dakota Class A tiles in the 100m, 200m, long jump and triple jump… The four titles led to her being mentioned in Sports Illustrated “Faces in the Crowd” section in September of 2017… In 2016, won the South Dakota Class A 200m, 400m and triple jump… Has high school personal bests of 12.03 in the 100m, 19-3.25 in the long jump, 39-9.25 in the triple jump and 5-6 in the high jump.

Personal: Daughter of Guy and Shanna Howell... Has three siblings, Shyanne, Brooke and Bridget... Mother, Shanna, was a one-year member of the Wyoming rodeo team... Sister, Bridget, was a two-year rodeo athlete for Miles City Community College... Sister, Brook, was a four-year rodeo athlete at Gillette College... Majoring in marketing.
