2015-16: Competed in four outdoor meets… posted a season-best time of 15:13.51 in the 5,000 meters to take second at the Tom Benich Classic… clocked in at 4:06.34 in the 1,500 meters at the Fum McGraw Invitational, a season-best time… did not compete indoors… earned Academic All-MW and MW Scholar Athlete honors in the classroom.
2014-15: Indoors competed in five meets...helped Wyoming's distance medley relay finish sixth at the MW Championships in 10:22.52...ran a personal-best 4:18.90 in the mile at the Rocky Mountain Classic on Feb. 20...also notched a personal-best 8:36.24 in the 3,000 meters at the Powder River Dual on Jan. 31...did not compete during the outdoor season...named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.
2013-14: Indoors notched a season-best 8:49.89 in the 3,000 meters at the Air Force Open on Feb. 15...competed in the event at the MW Championships...also helped Wyoming's distance medley relay place fourth at the event...also ran a personal-best 4:26.49 in the mile...outdoors posted personal bests in the 1,500 meters at 4:01.72 and the 5,000 meters at 15:10.35...placed 13th in the 10,000 meters in 31:27.65 at the MW Championships...also participated in the 5,000 meters at the event...named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.
2012-13: During the indoor season, placed sixth in the mile in 4:30 at the Holiday Inn Invite...came in seventh in 8:39 in the 3,000 meters at the Husker Invite...outdoors, competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the MW Championships, placing 10th in 10:05...finished third in 9:49 in the steeple at the Nebraska Quad...named Academic All-MW and a MW Scholar-Athlete.

2014-15: Finished in Wyoming's top five competitors in five of six meets during the season...was the second Cowboy to cross the finish line at the Indiana State Pre-Nationals in 25:41...top showing was seventh overall at the season-opening Aggie Invite in 21:16...also placed 16th at the Montana State Invite in 26:08...named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.
2013-14: Competed in all six meets during the season for Wyoming...placed in UW's top five at three meets...top performance was 25:30 for 69th at the Roy Griak Invite for fifth on the team...also placed fifth with a 15:33 for 25th at the CSU Invite and 31:27 for 70th at the NCAA Mountain Regional...named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom.
2012-13: Finished 11th at the Rust Buster in 19:25 ... placed 12th at the Montana St. Invitational in 25:46 ... earned 27th place at the Rocky Mountain Shootout in 26:51 ... achieved seventh place at the Highlander Invitational in 18:01 ... earned 32nd place in 25:50 at the Mountain West Championship ... competed at the NCAA Mountain West Regional in 32:07 for 63rd place ... named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar-Athlete.
