2022-23 (Senior): Saw limited action due to injury competing in three tournaments on the season appearing in the starting lineup twice… Had her best finish of the season at the Rainbow Wahine Invitational where she tied for 49th with a score of 233 (+16)… Posted a stroke average of 78.4 through nine rounds of play. 

2021-22 (Junior): Was a staple in the Cowgirl lineup starting and playing in every tournament during the season… Posted a stroke average of 78.5 through 30 rounds of play… Had her best finish of the season at the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational where she tied for 22nd shooting a three-round total of 228 (+12) for her lone top 25 finish on the season… Was one of only two Cowgirls to post a winning record at the Mountain Classic Matchplay event going 2-1 and helping Wyoming to a sixth-place finish… Finished 45th at the Mountain West Championships with a three round score of 249 (+33)

2020-21 (Sophomore): Competed in all seven tournaments during the season as a part of the Wyoming line up… Turned in a 79.93 stroke average through 16 holes… Opened the season with a three-round mark of 236 (+20) at the Gold Rush Tournament… Fired a season and career best round of 72 (E) at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic where she finished 45th with a season best 229 (+13)… Followed that up by finishing 60th at the Branch Law Firm/Dick McGuire Invite with a 238 (+22)… Competing in her first Mountain West Championships, she posted a three round score of 258 (+42) to finish 45th… Was named an All-American Scholar by the Women’s Golf Coaches Association for the second straight season.

2019-20 (Freshman): Appeared in four of seven tournaments during her freshman campaign competing as an individual in three of those … Played at the Hobble Creek Classic, CSU Ram Fall Classic and the Wyoming Cowgirl Desert Intercollegiate during the fall … Finished the year with an 80.7 stroke average through 12 rounds of play … Her highest finish came at the BYU Entrada Classic with a three-day total of 233 (+17) … Fired her season and career best with a +4 (76) in the final round of that same tournament … An Academic All-MW and Scholar Athlete selection … Was named an All-American Scholar by the Women's Golf Coaches Association for the first time in her career.
 
High School: She is a four-year letterwinner in golf and academics at Windsor High School … Zapf was a three-time All-Conference selection and two-time Regional Champion … She was also named to the All-State team twice … Helped lead her team to a state title in 2016, before finishing fourth in 2017 and third in 2018 … Was a two-time Colorado Optimist Champion with scores of 73 in both 2017 and 2018 … Her career low was 69 at Pelican Lakes Country Club in the 2017 Peterson Toyota Championship … Won the Valor Christian Invitational, shooting a 71 at Highlands Ranch in 2018, good for the school record … Boasting a 4.04 GPA, Zapf was named Academic All-Conference in 2018 while being named to the Honor Roll … She was a member of National Honor Society and served as vice president of the Future Business Leaders of America … She was an FBLA state qualifier in 2017 and 2018, and earned JGAC Academic All-Star status for two years as well.
