Junior (2022-23): Participated in mid-distance freestyle, breaststroke and the individual medley … earned All-Mountain West Conference recognition after swimming a leg of the 800-yard freestyle relay … boasted the team’s third-fastest 200-yard freestyle time, a 1:50.47, at the Mountain West Conference Championships (2/18/23) … also posted a career-best time of 2:20.72 – third-fastest on the team – in the 200-yard breaststroke and a 2:06.35 in the 200-yard IM at the conference meet. 

Sophomore (2021-22): Participated in mid-distance freestyle and breaststroke events … posted season-best times of 57.14 and 2:31.48 in the 100-yard freestyle and the 200-yard breaststroke, respectively, against UNLV and Hawaii (1/29/22) … swam season-best times of 5:16.79 in the 500-yard freestyle, 1:56.54 in the 200-yard freestyle and 1:09.09 in the 100-yard breaststroke at the DU First Chance Meet (2/12/22). 

Freshman (2020-21): Enjoyed a great day in a dual against Hawaii (1/29/21) with a quartet of career-bests times … swam a 54.58 in the 100 freestyle, a 1:55.77 in the 200 freestyle, a 5:07.22 in the 500 freestyle and a 1:08.55 in the 100 breaststroke … also registered a career-best time of 2:28.78 in the 200 breaststroke in a dual against Denver (1/22/21). 

High School: A two-time letterwinner while attending Mountain Vista High School…an All-American selection in 2019, while winning the Continental League individual title in the 200 and 500 freestyle…during her junior campaign, she finished third in the 500 free and ninth in the 200 free at the Colorado High School State Championship meet…holds the school record in the 500 free and the 4x100 freestyle relay…an excellent student, she was a member of the National Honor Society and the Honor Roll.
 
Personal: Ford is the daughter of Steve and Amanda and has one sibling…majoring in nursing.
