Sophomore (2022-23): Participated in sprint freestyle and backstroke events … posted a career-best time of 20.40 in the 50-yard freestyle at the SMU Invite (11/19/22) … recorded a pair of season-best times at the Western Athletic Conference Championships (2/24/23), going a 46.82 in the 100-yard freestyle and a 49.71 in the 100-yard backstroke.
Freshman (2021-22): Participated in sprint freestyle and backstroke events … enjoyed a fruitful day at the Western Athletic Conference Championships (2/24/22), swimming career-best times in the 50-yard freestyle, 20.53, the 100-yard freestyle, 45.60 and the 100-yard backstroke, 49.44.
High School: A three-time varsity letterwinnner while attending Cherry Hill High School ... was a three time All-Olympic Conference selection along with an All-South Jersey ... Lang specialized in the 50 and 100 freestyle, while being coached by Christie Robertson ... has been a member of the academic honor roll.
Personal: Lang is the son of Steven and Melissa and has one sister, Elizabeth.
