Sophomore (2022-23): Participated in freestyle and backstroke events … competed at the 2022 U.S. Paralympics Swimming National Championships … posted a trio of career-best times at the Western Athletic Conference Championships (2/24/23), going 26.65 in the 50-yard freestyle, 56.54 in the 100-yard freestyle and 1:01.28 in the 100-yard backstroke … also went a season-best 2:24.76 in the 200-yard backstroke … registered a career-best 1:11.01 in the 100-yard butterfly against Colorado Mesa (10/22/22).
Freshman (2021-22): Participated primarily in freestyle and backstroke events … competed at the U.S. Paralympics Swimming National Championships (12/19/21) … posted a trio of career-best times at the DU First Chance Meet (2/12/22), swimming a 27.55 in the 50-yard freestyle, a 1:02.64 in the 100-yard backstroke and a 2:17.02 in the 200-yard backstroke … logged a career-best time of 1:01.26 in the 100-yard freestyle in a dual meet against Denver (1/15/22) … registered a career-best time of 2:05.48 in the 200-yard freestyle in a dual meet against Colorado Mesa (11/5/22) and had another career-best time of 5:39.90 in the 500-yard freestyle in a tri-meet featuring Air Force Denver and LSU (10/23/21).

O'Neil was a two-time TEAM USA Paralympic emerging team qualifier and was going to compete in the USA Paralympic Swim Trials for the Tokyo Olympics ... was a member of the USA Triathlon Junior National Para-Development Team, while qualifying for the Colorado State swim meet ... placed second in the 400 freestyle and 100 backstroke at the USA Paralympic swimming nationals and also finished second in the USA Triathlon ParaNationals ... was a member of the National Honor Society, Honor Roll and a District Student Body Executive Board Member and a School Body Ambassador.
