Tucker Intercollegiate.  Severin’s low tournament total was a 213 (-3) at the Gene Miranda, and his lowest individual round of the fall was a 67 (-5) in the final round of that tournament.

2021-22 (Junior):  Severin finished in the Top 25 in three tournaments during his junior season.  His best finish was an eighth-place showing at the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate.  He placed 14th at the Gene Miranda Falcon Invite and finished 20th at the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational where he shot a season low 208 (-8) tournament total, including a season low round of 65 (-7) in the opening round.  In July of 2022, Severin finished fourth at the Colorado Golf Association Amateur Championship.  He was named a Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) for the second time in his career.  Severin also earned Academic All-Mountain West Conference honors for the fourth time in his career.

2020-21 (COVID Sophomore):  When the collegiate golf season was resumed in the spring of 2021, Severin enjoyed his best season as a Cowboy.  He finished in the Top 25 in four of eight tournaments in the spring -- the most of any Cowboy during the season.  Severin placed eighth at the San Diego Classic, finished 11th at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic, placed 12th at The Prestige at PGA West and finished 25th at the BYU Cougar Classic.  His 73.00 stroke average for the season was the second lowest on the team.  His lowest tournament score was a 210 (-6) at the Cowboy Classic and his lowest individual round of the season came in the final round of the BYU Cougar Classic when he shot a 67 (-5).  For the first time in his college career, he was named a Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA).  He earned Academic All-Mountain West honors for the third time in his career.

2019-20 (Sophomore):  Severin won his first collegiate tournament at the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate in Palm Desert, Calif., in February of 2020.  He recorded three Top 25 finishes during the COVID-shortened season of 2019-20.  In addition to his win at the Desert Intercollegiate, he tied for 13th at the University of Denver Ron Moore Intercollegiate and tied for 22nd at the Ram Masters Invitational.  His best 54-hole tournament score of the season was an impressive 207 (-9) in his win at the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate.  His low round of the season was a 64 (-6) that he shot in the second round of the Ram Masters Invitational.  Severin averaged 73.21 strokes per round during the 2019-20 season.  He earned Academic All-Mountain West honors for the second time in his career.

2018-19 (Freshman):  He played in 12 of 13 tournaments during his true freshman season, posting two Top 25 finishes.  Severin’s first Top 25 showing came in his very first collegiate tournament at the Air Force Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational.  Severin tied for 25th in the Falcon Invite, while shooting his best tournament score of the fall season -- a 218 (+2).  His best finish as a freshman came at the BYU Cougar Classic in the spring season.  He tied for 18th at the Cougar Classic and posted his best tournament score of the season, with a 214 (-2).  His third round score of 70 (-2) at the Cougar Classic was also his low individual round of the season.  Severin finished the year with a 74.42 stroke average.  He earned Academic All-Mountain West honors as a freshman.

High School:  Severin came to Wyoming from Johnstown, Colo., where he played four years on the varsity golf team at Roosevelt High School.  He earned First Team All-State twice and Second Team All-State once while also receiving three First Team All-Conference honors.  Over the summer of 2017, Severin won the Junior Golf Alliance of Colorado (JGAC) Tour event at Pelican Lakes Golf & Country Club, posting rounds of 70 (-2) and 69 (-3) for a three-stroke victory.  A week later, he won the AJGA Kansas Junior at Buffalo Dunes, shooting a 54-hole score of 215 (-1).  He was the only golfer in the field to shoot under par at the JGAC Tour event at The Old Course in Loveland, Colo., where he picked up his third event victory of the summer with a 36-hole score of 141 (-3).  Severin was named to the Academic All-State First Team in 2016.  He also played basketball at Roosevelt.  Severin played for head golf coach John McFarland at Roosevelt High.
