Biography

2022-23 (Sophomore):  Aidan Mann played in three of Wyoming’s five fall tournaments in 2022.  He averaged 72.67 strokes per round during the fall season.  Mann placed 20th with a score of 219 (+3) in the individual only portion of the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational, where he shot a low round of 69 (-3) in the second round. 
 
2021-22 (Freshman):  Mann signed with the Wyoming Cowboys in May of 2021.  As a true freshman, he competed in six of 13 tournaments for the Pokes.  He placed 13th in the individual only portion of the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational with a season low tournament score of 222 (+6).  His lowest individual round of his freshman season was a 70 (-2) in the first round of the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational.
 
2019-20 to 2020-21:  Mann came to Wyoming after he started his college education in 2019-20 attending Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colo.  He did not compete at Colorado Mesa and came to Wyoming as a freshman.
      
High School: Mann and his family moved to Boulder, Colo., after his high school career.  He played his high school golf at York Community High School in Elmhurst, Ill., where he earned All-West Suburban Conference honors both his junior and senior seasons and helped lead his team to the conference championship as a senior team captain.  He averaged 73.4 strokes per round as a senior.  Mann was named a JGAC Academic All-Star in 2018.  He also qualified for the Illinois State Tournament as a junior.  He was a four-year letterman in golf and a one-year letterman in hockey.  An outstanding student throughout his high school career, he earned High Honor Roll honors all four years of high school.  Mann played for head golf coach Jim Borel.
 
Personal: Mann does most things right-handed, but plays golf left-handed.  He is the youngest of three children of Mary and Kevin Mann.  His father played hockey at the University of Maine.  He is majoring in management of human resources.
