LARAMIE, Wyoming (10/24/26) – The University of Wyoming men's golf team wraps up its fall schedule this week. The Cowboys travel to Maui, Hawai'i, for the Ka'anapali Classic by OUTRIGGER. The tournament runs from Monday through Wednesday at Royal Ka'anapali Golf Course.
It's a par-72 layout that stretches 6,700 yards. It'll be a shotgun start each day beginning at 12:30 p.m. (MST).
The Pokes are fresh off hosting the inaugural Tall City Classic a couple weeks ago in Midland, Texas. They placed eighth with Brody Leid leading the charge, tying for third at 209 (-7).
It was Leid's sixth top-11 finish in his last seven tournaments, dating back to last season. Speaking to this season, seven of his 12 rounds have been under par.
Brody Knowlton added his second top 25 of 2026-27 at the Tall City Classic. He shared 23rd to go alongside his tie for 16th at the Gene Miranda Falcon Invite last month.
Wyoming shared 13th place at last year's Ka'anapali Classic. The Cowboys have resided somewhere in the middle of the field at each of their last five appearances.
This year's field consists of 20 teams. In addition to Wyoming and host Hawai'i, Boise State, Cal State Northridge, Clemson, Colorado, East Tennessee State, Georgia, Gonzaga, Houston, Kansas, North Florida, Oklahoma, Purdue, Sacramento State, San Jose State, Southern Illinois, TCU, UConn and UC Irvine are slated to tee it up.
This tournament puts an end to the Pokes' 2026-27 fall schedule. They'll return to competition at the Arizona N.I.T. from Feb. 1-2.
