TRACK AND FIELD:

2018-19: Did not compete.

2017-18: Indoors, recorded career-best times in the mile (5:09.46) at the CU Invitational and the 3,000 meters (10:27.55) at the Powder River Dual… Outdoors, recorded the ninth-best 3,000 meter steeplechase time in Cowgirl history (11:34.44) at the 7220 Invite… Earned academic all-MW honors and was a MW Scholar-Athlete.

2016-17: Indoors, competed at two meets…took third in the 800 meters at the Rocky Mountain Classic…outdoors, competed in four meets…placed fourth in the 1,500 meters at the Jack Christiansen Invite…took fourth in the 400 meters in a dual meet at Colorado State…in the classroom, named a MW Scholar Athlete.

2015-16: Indoors, placed fifth in the mile at the Powder River Dual, finishing in 5:15.02… posted three top-10 finishes in the 1,500 meters outdoors…took fourth in the 1,500 meters at the Tom Benich Classic, finishing with a personal best time of 4:43.16.

CROSS COUNTRY:

2018-19: Competed in six races during the season, contributing to the team score in three of them… Finished 99^th overall and seventh among Cowgirls at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships… Finished 55^th overall at the Mountain West Championships, which was sixth for UW… Finished third for Wyoming and 31^st overall at the Bronco Invitational… Was eighth overall and fifth for Wyoming at the Roadrunners Invitational, helping guide the Cowgirls to the team title… Earned Academic All-MW honors.

2017-18: Placed 76^th overall at the Mountain West Championships… Best finish came at the CSU Duals, where she finished 62^nd overall… Ran in the first four races of the season… Earned points in two of the four races she competed in… Earned academic all-MW honors and was a MW Scholar-Athlete.

2016-17: Competed in two meets, taking 78^th at the Colorado State Invite and 81^st at the MSU-Bozeman Invite…named a MW Scholar Athlete for her efforts in the classroom.

2015-16: Finished in Wyoming's top seven in two of the four meets she ran during the season...top showing was as UW's fifth runner and 39th overall at the Colorado State Invite in 18:51...also placed seventh on the team and 33rd overall at the Rocky Mountain Shootout in 22:56...named MW Academic All-Conference in the classroom.

Before Wyoming: Coached by Greg Weich at Broomfield High School...finished fourth at the 2014 Liberty Bell Cross Country Invite...owned personal bests of 2:16 in the 800 meters, 5:07 in the 1,600 meters, 11:18 in the 3,200 meters and 18:24 in the 5,000 meters...was a four-time letterwinner in cross country and track.

Personal: Daughter of Heidi and Rob VanDePol...Heidi participated in gymnastics at Utah State, while Rob played football...born June 26, 1997...has one brother, Hayden...majoring in nursing at UW.
