2024-25 (Redshirt-Junior): Hill started at 157 pounds, compiling a record of 21-12, which included a 7-9 mark against ranked foes. He went 13-5 in duals and 5-3 in regular-season tournaments. Hill qualified to his third NCAA Championships, earning the highest seed of his career at No. 13. He dropped both of his matches in Philadelphia. Hill was seeded No. 5 and held serve at the Big 12 Tournament. His run included knocking off top-seeded, and ranked No. 8, Cody Chittum (Iowa State). Hill was ranked as high as No. 1 in the RPI. He placed runner-up at the Soldier Salute Tournament, and his run included an upset of No. 6 Tommy Askey (Minnesota). He logged a team-high three sudden victory wins. Hill was dynamic in winning matches by decision, recording 15 such wins.

Before Wyoming: Hill spent his first three collegiate wrestling seasons at the University of Oklahoma. He qualified to the NCAA Championships each of the past two seasons, compiling a 1-4 record in that competition. Hill placed sixth at both the 2023 and 2024 Big 12 Tournaments. His run in the 2024 Big 12 bracket featured an upset of Northern Colorado’s No. 1-seeded Vinnie Zerban. Hill’s 2023 conference tourney included an upset of Northern Iowa’s No. 5-seeded Derek Holschlag.

High School: Hill competed for two-time Oklahoma State Champions, Broken Arrow High School. He also claimed a 2021 individual state title.

Personal: Hill earned a bachelor's degree in sociology and is pursuing a master’s in business.
