Summary

Biography

Junior (2016): Started in all 20 contests for Wyoming, playing all but seven minutes of the entire season… Recorded 1,852 minutes on the year, the second-most in a season by a UW goalkeeper…Tallied eight shutouts, setting the individual single-season record, which also tied for most in the Mountain West… Led the Cowgirls to the third-lowest goals-against average (1.11) in the conference, the eighth-best in school history… Logged 75 saves, tied for fifth-most in the conference.
 
Sophomore (2015): After getting playing time her freshman year, Rowntree came into the 2015 season with solid goalkeeping experience...played in 16 games, starting in all 16, and totaling 810 minutes...also notched 33 saves with a 1.00 goals against average resulting in a .786 save percentage as a sophomore for UW. 
 
Freshman (2014): Played in nine matches with seven starts...recorded 451 minutes in goal during the season, accumulating a 3-1-1 record...had four combine shutouts...played one full game in goal at Morehead State...made 22 saves with a 1.20 goal against average... earned her first letter with the Cowgirls.
 
High School: A captain of the 2013 Australian schoolgirls U19 team that toured Argentina and Brazil, Rowntree was the Australia Day Sports Achiever of the Year award winner in 2013 and the recipient for excellence in women's football at Westfields Sports High School in 2012...was a three-year Western Sydney Wanderers W-League team member, as well as the Sutherland Sharks team captain in 2013...helped lead her NSW team become national champions in 2010 and 2011 before making the Australian schoolgirls and Western Sydney Wanderers squads.
 
Personal: She is the daughter of Nicholas and Gayle Rowntree...majoring in kinesiology and health promotion.
