Hometown Biography Summary Biography 2024: Sefried started her time at Wyoming with back-to-back first-place finishes in the 4x400-meter relay at the Power Meet and the Bobcat Challenge. She set a personal best in the 600 meters at the Don Kirby Invite, taking fifth with a time of 1:35.51. At the MW Indoor Championships, Sefried finished eighth in the 4x400 meters and sixth in the DMR. At the Jack Christiansen Invite, she took first in both the 800 meters and the 4x400-meter relay. At the Pacific Coast Invite, she set a personal-best time of 57.91 in the 400 meters while setting a PR in the 800 meters at the Bryan Clay Invite with a time of 2:14.16. At the MW Outdoor Championships, Sefried help the team place ninth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:43.58. Before Wyoming: Competed at Oregon State. Ran in the 4x400m relay and helped claim the No. 1, No. 3 and No. 9 spots in the OSU record book with a season best of 3:44.72. Two first place finishes in the 800m and a personal best of 2:17.51 at the OSU High Performance Meet. High School: Graduate of Lodi High School in Lodi, Calif. Qualified for California State Meet during junior and senior year. Qualified for Junior Nationals in Sacramento, Calif., in the summer of 2019, placing eighth in the heptathlon.
