2021-22: Oden had a strong season for the Pokes in his second season with the Program. He appeared in all 34 games and started 32 on the season. He averaged 7.8 points per game to go along with 4.5 rebounds per contest. He shot 52 percent from the field for the season and shot 31 percent from behind the arc hitting 26 for the season. He scored in double-figures in 13 games for the Pokes and added one double-double. He scored a career-high 17 points against Arkansas Pine Bluff and San Diego State. He hit a career-high four three-pointers against Fresno State.
2020-21: Jeremiah Oden appeared in 23 games with 11 starts in his first season with the Cowboys. He averaged four points per game to go along with 2.7 rebounds per night. He also added 10 assists and 12 blocks on the season. He recorded a career-high 15 points for the Pokes at Oregon State leading the Pokes past the Elite Eight Beavers. He added a career-high 11 rebounds against Texas Southern recording his first career double-double adding 10 points. He scored in double-figures in five games during the season. He recorded a career-high three assists at Fresno State. Also added a career-best three blocks against Denver.
High School: Oden, a 6-8, 180 pound forward is the Cowboys' fifth three-star recruit according to Rivals.com. Last season at Sunrise Christian Academy, Oden helped lead Sunrise Christian to an sixth ranking in the final National Prep Coaches Poll. Oden averaged 10 points per game to go along with five rebounds. An outstanding shooter, he shot 38 percent from behind the arc. He played for Achoki "AC" Moikbu at Sunrise Christian, as over 80 players have gone on and played Division I basketball in the last decade including former Cowboy guard
Alexander Aka Gorski.
Prior to his time at Sunrise Christian, Oden played at St. Rita High School in the Chicago area under head coach Gary DeCesare. He led his team to a 24-9 record as a senior and helped lead his team to a Chicago Catholic League title. Oden hit a Buzzer Beater to help lead his team to the title. He also earned All- Chicago Catholic League honors, as he recorded 15 points per game to go along with six rebounds as a senior.Oden was also recruited by St. Bonaventure, UMass, Minnesota, DePaul, Illinois State, Saint Louis, Drake, Valparaiso, UNC-Greensboro, Illinois-Chicago, South Dakota and others.
