High School:
A Graduate of Emerald Ridge High School in Puyallup, Wash., Slichko ran track and cross country earning Emerald Ridge Athlete of the Year, multiple All-State accolades and holding the school record in the 5k and 3200m. On the academic side, she was a class secretary, graduated with highest honors and was named Tacoma Athletic Commission Athlete of the Year in 2019.

Personal:
Daughter of Lisle and Matt Slichko and sister of Lance. Brother Lance ran track and cross country at Seattle University and Saint Martin’s University. Chose Wyoming over Boise State, Utah State and Idaho for the program and academics in Laramie.
