Prior to Wyoming:
At Drake, Ramsey won the 2024 MVC Championships DMR with a time of 9:56.11 and runner-up at the 2024 MVC Championships 5,000m at 14:27.33. Finished 25th at the 2024 MVC Cross Country Championships.
