LARAMIE, Wyoming (4/2/25) – The National Wrestling Coaches Association announced its Scholar All-Americans on Wednesday. Three University of Wyoming student-athletes were honored.

Jared Hill (157), Sam Mitchell (HWT) and Warren Carr (157/165) each reached one of the four criterium for recognition. They were either an All-American with a 3.0 GPA, a national qualifier with a 3.2 GPA, a Big 12 Tournament qualifier with a 3.5 GPA or had 15 matches this season with a 60 percent win percentage and a 3.5 GPA.

Hill and Mitchell each qualified for the NCAA Championships. Carr was a valuable reserve this season.
